The present disclosure relates to systems, apparatuses, and methods for assembling cartridges for aerosol delivery devices. The cartridges may be assembled by transporting carriages between various substations at which parts are added to a base. In another assembly method, the base may be moved between a plurality of robots which direct the base downwardly into contact with components to couple the components therewith. An inspection system may inspect the cartridges at various stages of completion.
WIRE-WOUND RESISTOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
To provide a wire-wound resistor provided with high reliability and that retains the basic functionality of the wire-wound resistor, and a method for manufacturing the same. A wire-wound resistor in which a resistor wire is wound onto an external periphery of a core (11) obtained by bundling fibrous insulators, and a connection terminal (13) is attached to both ends of the core (11) and connected to the resistor wire (12a), wherein the core (11) is impregnated with a binder in the portion (11a) in the vicinity of the external periphery. The binder (1) is preferably not included in a center portion (11b) of the core (11).

Pitot tube heater assembly
A pitot tube includes an outer tube extending from a first tube end to second tube end. The second tube end defines a tip portion of the pitot tube. A tube sleeve is located inside of the outer tube and defines a tube passage extending from the first tube end to the second tube end. A heating element is located between the outer tube and the tube sleeve. The heating element is isolated from airflow into the tube passage. A method of forming a pitot tube includes installing a heating element to an outer surface of a tube sleeve, the tube sleeve defining a tube passage of the pitot tube. The tube sleeve is secured in an outer tube such that the heating element is between the tube sleeve and the outer tube and is isolated from airflow through the tube passage.
Atomizer for an aerosol delivery device and related input, aerosol production assembly, cartridge, and method
The present disclosure relates to atomizers for an aerosol delivery device such as a smoking article. The atomizer may include a liquid transport element and a wire extending along at least a portion of a longitudinal length thereof. The wire may define contact portions configured to engage heater terminals and a heating portion configured to produce heat. The heating portion may include a variable coil spacing. In other atomizers, the wire may extend at least partially through the liquid transport element proximate the contact portions. Related inputs, cartridges, aerosol production assemblies, and methods of forming atomizers are also provided.

STACKING WIRE WOUND RESISTOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The invention relates to a stacking wire wound resistor and manufacturing method thereof. The stacking wire wound resistor comprises: a ceramic rod having a resistance value, and a basic insulating laser plated thereon, in which the ceramic road is provided with a first end and a second end; a first wire wound resistor, including a first metal wire, having a first wire head and a first wire tail, and wiring surround from the first end to the second end of the ceramic rod, wherein a first insulating layer is plated thereon; and at least a second wire wound resistor, being vertically stacked on the first wire wound resistor and the ceramic rod having a resistor value, and the ceramic rod having a resistor value, the first wire wound resistor and the second wire wound resistor are constituted into a predetermined circuit connection in parallel to raise the ability of anti-surge.
