Process for preparing rodlike magnetiic ferroferric oxide material and use thereof
The present invention relates to a process for preparing a rodlike magnetic ferroferric oxide (Fe.sub.3O.sub.4) material and use thereof. The preparation includes the following steps: step 1: magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticle preparation; and step 2: self-assembly of magnetic Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles into a rodlike magnetic material. When in use, the rodlike magnetic Fe.sub.3O.sub.4 material prepared by the process according to claim 1 is used in micro- and nano-motors, which can implement rotation and deflection in an external magnetic field. The present invention provides a process for preparing a rodlike magnetic Fe.sub.3O.sub.4 material. The rodlike magnetic ferroferric oxide material prepared by the process is suitable for mass production on an industrial scale, featuring identifiable direction of the magnetic moment, strong magnetism, good magnetic response, simple process, and low cost.
Heterostructure comprising a carbon nanomembrane
A heterostructure comprising at least one carbon nanomembrane on top of at least one carbon layer, a method of manufacture of the heterostructure, and an electronic device, a sensor and a diagnostic device comprising the heterostructure. The heterostructure comprises at least one carbon nanomembrane on top of at least one carbon layer, wherein the at least one carbon nanomembrane has a thickness of 0.5 to 5 nm and the heterostructure has a thickness of 1 to 10 nm.
MAGNETIC-DIELECTRIC COMPOSITE FOR HIGH-FREQUENCY ANTENNA SUBSTRATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a magnetic-dielectric composite for a high-frequency antenna substrate, and a manufacturing method therefor, the composite comprising: a porous insulating dielectric substrate including an upper surface, a lower surface and lateral surfaces, and having a plurality of pores penetrating the upper surface and the lower surface; and soft ferrite nano-wires provided within the pores, wherein the soft ferrite nano-wires are encompassed by the insulating dielectric substrate so as to be separated from each other. The present invention controls a dielectric constant and can minimize eddy current loss by having a structure in which the soft ferrite nano-wires are provided within the pores of the insulating dielectric substrate and in which the soft ferrite nano-wires are encompassed by the insulating dielectric substrate so as to be separated from each other.
FUNCTIONAL SOFT MATERIALS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THEREOF
Disclosed are functional materials for use in additive manufacturing (AM). The functional material can comprise an elastomeric composition (e.g., a silicone composite) for use in, for example, direct ink writing. The elastomeric composition can include and elastomeric resin, and a magnetic nanorod filler dispersed within the elastomeric resin. Nanorod characteristics (e.g., length, diameter, aspect ratio) can be selected to create 3D-printed constructs with desired mechanical properties along different axes. Furthermore, since nickel nanorods are ferromagnetic, the spatial distribution and orientation of nanorods within the continuous phase can be controlled with an external magnetic field. This level of control over the nanostructure of the material system offers another degree of freedom in the design of functional parts and components with anisotropic properties. Magnetic fields can be used to remotely sense compression of the constructs, or alternatively, control the stiffness of these materials.
Magnetic particles or wires for electrical machinery
An electrical composite assembly includes a plurality of composite material macro-wires each including a magnetic material embedded within a nonmagnetic matrix. The magnetic material can be selected from magnetic microwires, magnetic nanowires, chains of magnetic nanoparticles, and chains of magnetic microparticles. The plurality of composite material macro-wires are included in an electrical component, where the electrical component is selected from a rotor, a stator, and an electromagnetic shield.
Magnetic micro-particles
A magnetic micro-particle (201) comprising one or more magnetic nano-wires (202).

ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELDING FILM AND METHOD FOR MAKING SAME
An electromagnetic shielding film and a method for making the same. The method includes: dispersing a conductive agent and a magnetic nanomaterial in sodium alginate solutions to form an electrically conductive shielding solution and a magnetic field shielding solution, respectively; applying the electrically conductive and magnetic field shielding solutions onto two opposite surfaces of a transparent substrate to form an electrically conductive shielding layer and a magnetic field shielding layer, respectively, so that an electromagnetic shielding film precursor of a sandwich structure is obtained; and placing the film precursor in a calcium chloride solution to perform a crosslinking process to cure the layers, so as to obtain an electromagnetic shielding film product after being rinsed and dried. The electric and magnetic fields shielding layers of the film can each have a uniform thickness and cooperate to provide an improved shielding effect and superior performances for the film.
