INDUCTOR DEVICE THAT CAN RESIST EXTERNAL INTERFERENCE AND ADJUST INDUCTANCE VALUE AND QUALITY FACTOR OF INDUCTOR
An inductor device includes a first inductor, a second inductor, and at least one switch circuit. The second inductor is arranged to enclose the first inductor, and use a topmost layer metal to resist external interference for the first inductor. The at least one switch circuit is coupled to the second inductor, and is arranged to receive at least one control voltage, wherein the at least one control voltage is arranged to adjust conduction degree of the at least one switch circuit.
AUTOMATIC CALIBRATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PASSIVE LOW-POWER VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER
Systems and methods for calibrating a low-power voltage transformer (LPVT). Systems include a capacitive voltage divider and a variable capacitance device connected to the capacitive voltage divider. A parameter of the variable capacitance device is adjusted to minimize the ratio error of the LPVT. Methods include connecting a variable capacitance device to a capacitive voltage divider of the LPVT system, measuring a ratio error of the LPVT system based on an output of the variable capacitance device, and adjusting a parameter of the variable capacitance device.
DIGITAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A digital communication station includes a coupled inductor, driver circuitry, and a digital transceiver. The coupled inductor includes (1) a first winding connected between a first digital communication node and a first power node, (2) a second winding connected between a second digital communication node and a second power node, and (3) a third winding. The driver circuitry is configured to drive the third winding to increase respective inductance values of the first and second windings, and the digital transceiver is communicatively coupled to the first digital communication node and the second digital communication node.
PROTECTION OF AN AC DEVICE
A protection device protects an AC device, in particular an inductive voltage converter, electrically connected to an AC line, from damage caused by direct currents flowing in the AC line. In this case, at least one current transfer coil, which runs around a magnetic core section of a magnetic core, is connected to the AC line in parallel with the AC device.
SUBSTRATE EMBEDDED MAGNETIC CORE INDUCTORS AND METHOD OF MAKING
Described are microelectronic devices including an embedded microelectronic package for use as an integrated voltage regulator with a microelectronic system. The microelectronic package can include a substrate and a magnetic foil. The substrate can define at least one layer having one or more of electrically conductive elements separated by a dielectric material. The magnetic foil can have ferromagnetic alloy ribbons and can be embedded within the substrate adjacent to the one or more of electrically conductive elements. The magnetic foil can be positioned to interface with and be spaced from the one or more of electrically conductive element.
IGNITION COIL FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
In an ignition coil for an internal combustion engine, a coil case includes a housing section and a high-voltage tower section. The housing section houses a primary coil, a secondary coil, a center core, and an outer peripheral core, and is arranged outside a plug hole in a cylinder of an internal combustion engine in which an ignition plug is arranged. The high-voltage tower section protrudes from the housing section, and is disposed within the plug hole. A pole joint is disposed within the plug hole, and is mounted to the high-voltage tower section via a seal rubber. The pole joint is provided with a rib that protrudes to an outer periphery and faces an inner peripheral surface of the plug hole. The inner peripheral side of the rib faces the high-voltage tower section via the seal rubber.
CHARGE METHOD, ADAPTER AND MOBILE TERMINAL
A charge method, an adapter and a mobile terminal are provided. The adapter negotiates with the mobile terminal about the charging mode and the charging current of the battery. When determining to charge the battery in the quick charging mode, the adapter adopts the unidirectional pulse current to perform a quick charge on the battery using the negotiated charging current.
COOLING DUCTS FOR TRANSFORMERS' WINDING
A winding arrangement for an electric installation has an electric conductor and a plurality of cooling ducts. The electric conductor is coiled up forming several layers around an axis. Each cooling duct extends between a pair of adjacent layers of the coiled electric conductor in axial direction through the winding arrangement and in tangential direction not entirely around the axis. The cooling ducts of the plurality of cooling ducts are distributed among more than one pair of adjacent layers such that the winding arrangement is substantially cylindrical.
IGNITION COIL FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
In an ignition coil for an internal combustion engine, a resistor is disposed in a tower insertion hole of a high-voltage tower section. A coil spring is inserted in the tower insertion hole. An inner diameter of a proximal end side portion of the tower insertion hole is larger than an outer diameter of a maximum outer diameter portion of the resistor. An inner diameter of the distal end side portion of the tower insertion hole is larger than an outer diameter of a proximal end side portion of the coil spring, and is smaller than the outer diameter of the maximum outer diameter portion. In a state where the coil spring is pulled out from the tower insertion hole, the maximum outer diameter portion is restrained by the distal end side portion of the tower insertion hole, and a gap is formed between the resistor and a high-voltage cap.
