METHOD AND MACHINE FOR MAKING A COIL AROUND A COMPONENT OF AN ARTICLE
Method and machine to manufacture a coil around a component of an article includes a main conveyor that moves along a working path and a carriage with a seat to house the component. Along the working path, the component is arranged in the seat of the carriage in an input station, and at a winding station, a wire having a diameter less than 500 μm is directly wound around the component for a winding time ranging from 50% to 70% of the total work cycle, to obtain the coil with a number of turns less than 50. A work cycle lasts from an initial instant, in which the carriage carrying the component without the coil reaches the winding station, to a final instant, in which the carriage carrying the component with the coil leaves the winding station.

Method and Machine to Manufacture One or More Coils Around Respective Articles
A method and an automatic machine to manufacture one or more coils around respective articles. The following steps are provided: moving, by means of a main conveyor and along a processing path, a plurality of carriages, each provided with at least one seat designed to house an article; placing, in an input station arranged along the processing path, each article in the seat of a corresponding carriage; coupling, in at least one of two winding stations arranged one after the other along the path, a wire around an article carried by a carriage to create a corresponding coil; using, when they are both working, the two winding stations together and in parallel, having each winding station operate at a first production speed; and using, when a winding station is not working, only the other winding station, operates at a second production speed, higher than the first production speed.
METHOD AND MACHINE TO MANUFACTURE A COIL AROUND A COMPONENT OF AN ARTICLE
Method and machine to manufacture a coil around a component of an article. A main conveyor moves, along a working path, a carriage provided with a seat designed to house the component; the component is arranged in the seat of the carriage in an input station arranged along the working path; and in a winding station arranged along the working path, a wire is directly wound around the component to form a series of turns making up the coil by making a movable finger, which engages the wire in a sliding manner, revolving around the component several times.
WINDING DEVICE FOR WINDING COIL WIRE FOR A RELAY
The present disclosure relates to a winding device for a coil yoke of a relay. The coil yoke may include first and second yoke limbs each with first and second coil formers that extend in the direction of first and second longitudinal axes and are arranged parallel to one another. The winding device comprises a rotatable coil receptacle which can be rotated around an axis of rotation which is oriented parallel to the first and second longitudinal axes, to hold the coil yoke. The coil receptacle may support the coil yoke displaceably transversely to the axis of rotation to position the coil formers with the first and second longitudinal axes on the axis of rotation for winding coil wire onto said first and second coil formers. The winding device may also include a winding nozzle configured to dispense the coil wire parallel to the axis of rotation.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COIL COMPONENT
A method for manufacturing a coil component includes: preparing a wound coil, a first jig and a second jig; disposing the wound coil on the first jig; and pressing the wound coil, wherein the pressing the wound coil includes bringing the first jig and the second jig into contact with each other by a first rotation of the first jig.

WINDING MACHINE
A winding machine (1) for winding coils (4), having at least one coil-body receptacle (2) providing a receiving space (5) for coil bodies to be wound and at least one winding-material feed (3) being configured to feed winding material into the receiving space (5). The at least one coil-body receptacle (2) comprises at least a first and a second receiving unit, wherein, in a first setting, using the first receiving unit, the winding machine (1) allows winding in accordance with a first winding technique and wherein, in a second setting, using the second receiving unit, the winding machine (1) allows winding in accordance with a second winding technique different from the first winding technique. The first and second winding techniques are selected from the group of winding techniques consisting of the coil-winding technique, the conventional needle-winding technique, the linear winding technique and the flyer-winding technique.
Coil block manufacturing method
A coil block manufacturing method of winding a wire around a coil core in which a core portion is provided between a first attachment portion and a second attachment portion, includes: a first step of fixing one end of the wire; a second step of, in a state of holding the first attachment portion of the coil core by a first chuck to expose the whole core portion, winding the wire around an end of the core portion; and a third step of, in a state of holding the second attachment portion of the coil core by a second chuck to expose the whole core portion, winding the wire around the whole core portion, to form a coil portion.
