Harsh environment key panel and bezel structures
Harsh environment key panel and bezel structures for a user interface device are disclosed. In embodiments, a user interface device includes a printed board, a switch mounted to the printed board, and a key panel disposed upon the printed board. The key panel includes a plurality of printed device layers forming a bezel, a button configured to actuate the switch, and a deformable interface between the bezel and the button. The plurality of printed device layers can include at least one continuous printed device layer that forms portions of the bezel, the button, and the deformable interface. The continuous printed device layer may include at least one rigid device material that forms a portion of the bezel and a portion of the button and a deformable device material that forms a portion of the deformable interface between the bezel and the button.
SAFETY WATERPROOF INVISIBLE SWITCH AND SANITARY WARE
A safety waterproof invisible switch and a sanitary ware are provided. The safety waterproof invisible switch comprises a button switch, a first member, a second member, a first magnet, and a second magnet. The first magnet is disposed on a button of the button switch, and the second magnet is disposed on the second member. The first member has a hollow cavity. The button switch disposed with the first magnet is disposed in the first member. While the second magnet is adjacent to or in contact with the first member and when magnetic poles of a same polarity of the first magnet and the second magnet oppose each other, the button of the button switch is moved in a pressed direction of the button by a repulsive force.
Snap-action switch and method of assembling same
A snap-action switch including: a housing in which a plurality of fixed contacts and a plurality of movable contacts are disposed therein, a plunger configured for depressible movement via an aperture in the housing from a first position in which the plunger is relatively extended outwardly of the housing via the aperture, into, a second position in which the plunger is relatively retracted inwardly of the housing via the aperture; and a snap-action assembly operably-connected with the plunger, the snap-action assembly being responsive to depressible movement of the plunger so as to effect snap-action type movement of the plurality of movable contacts between normally opened and normally closed positions with respect to the fixed contacts; a sealing element configured for arrangement around the plunger to occlude ingress of particulates, dust and water from entering the housing via the aperture, the sealing element including a flanged portion; and a securement element configured for arrangement around the sealing element, wherein the securement element is shaped and dimensioned for interference fitting or snap-fitting with a rim of the aperture whereby the flanged portion of the sealing element is secured between the securement element and the rim of the aperture so as to restrict removal of the sealing element from the housing.

An electronic apparatus includes a main body housing, a design panel to be mounted to a front surface of the main body housing, a button which is configured such that an end extends in cantilever fashion from an end portion fixed to the design panel and in which an operation part provided at the end is exposed to the outside through an opening of the design panel, a drain groove, provided around the operation part, whose an end portion in a direction in which the end is tilted due to pressing of the operation part is open, and a drain groove provided in the front surface of the main body housing on the side of the open end portion of the drain groove and leads to the outside of the main body housing.

An electronic component comprising: a case; a switching mechanism incorporated within the case; an actuator configured to actuate the switching mechanism, the actuator being mounted in the case so as to be displaceable by sliding; and a rubber cap configured to seal a sliding part of the actuator, wherein the rubber cap is made of a hydrin-based rubber.
Snap action switch
An actuator is allowed to move toward +A direction and toward −A direction. A movable contact engages with the actuator. A fixed contact touch the movable contact with electrical connection when the movable contact is located at an ON position, and are apart from the movable contact with electrical isolation when the movable contact is located at positions other than the ON position. An arc prevention mechanism prevents arc between the movable contact and the fixed contact.
Switch with guide and sealant
A switch includes a housing, a movable member reciprocable in the movement direction relative to the housing and including an operation part located at an end of the movable member outside the housing, a guide that guides the movable member in the movement direction, and a sealant sealing a gap between the movable member and the housing inside the compartment.
Electronic switch mechanism
A switch mechanism (12) includes a housing (16, 18) with a fenestration (21), a switch element (22) held in the housing, and a membrane switch held in the fenestration. The membrane switch includes a flexible membrane (20) and a rigid rib (26). The rib is constrained to linear movement by guides (37, 38) in the housing so that contact with the membrane causes the membrane to deform and the rib to translate to actuate the switch element.
DUSTPROOF MICRO SWITCH
A dustproof micro switch is provided by the present disclosure, comprising a base body, an upper cover, and a button, wherein the base body and the upper cover form a box body; the upper cover is provided with a first half of through hole for the button, the base body is provided with a second half of through hole for the button, and the first half of through hole for the button and the second half of through hole for the button form a through hole for the button; one end of the button is arranged in the box body, and the other end of the button extends out of the box body through the through hole for the button; the end, extending out of the box body, of the button is provided with a sealing sleeve, a movable contact arm assembly and a movable contact arm support for fixing the movable contact arm assembly are arranged below the end of the button arranged in the box body, and the movable contact arm support is arranged on the base body; and a terminal assembly in fit with the movable contact arm assembly is further arranged in the box body. In accordance with the dustproof micro switch provided by the present disclosure, the end, extending out of the box body formed by the base body and the upper cover, of the button is provided with the sealing sleeve, such that the button is able to be in close fit with the box body by means of the elasticity of the sealing sleeve to improve the dustproof performance of the switch.
KEY DEVICE
The disclosure provides a key device including a housing, a soft material layer, and a key component. The housing has at least one first assembly hole. The soft material layer is disposed on the housing and has at least one second assembly hole. The key component includes at least one key body and an elastic frame. The key body is exposed to the housing through the second assembly hole and the first assembly hole correspondingly. The elastic frame is connected with the key body and squeezes the soft material layer. The key device of the disclosure has waterproof and dustproof functions and may effectively reduce the cost.
