SPECIALLY PACKAGED RELAY AND PACKAGING METHOD THEREOF

The present disclosure discloses a specially packaged relay and a packaging method thereof. The relay includes an electromagnetic relay and an injection molded body. The injection molded body is injection molded outside the electromagnetic relay and wraps the electromagnetic relay therein. A plurality of conventional terminals of the electromagnetic relay are respectively exposed, or the conventional terminals of the electromagnetic relay are respectively located within the injection molded body, and each of the conventional terminals of the electromagnetic relay is connected with an external terminal that is exposed. The electromagnetic relay of the present disclosure is completely wrapped and sealed by the injection molded body, and is completely isolated from external liquid, which can effectively prevent the external liquid from flowing into the electromagnetic relay and ensure the electromagnetic relay to work stably for a long time in a liquid environment.

The cam assembly can be in contact and connection with the energy storage assembly to push the energy storage assembly to store energy. The control assembly can be connected with the connecting rod assembly and the cam assembly in a latching manner. The energy storage operation mechanism for the circuit breaker, which is provided by the present invention, is compact in structure and high in reliability.

The pole component assembly for a circuit breaker includes an external insulating housing made by injecting resin into a housing mold, applying injection pressure to mold the injected resin, and separating the molded resin from the housing mold, and a circuit breaker portion assembly detachably inserted into the external insulating housing after the external insulating housing is made. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the external insulating housing is molded without a main circuit breaker component when manufacturing a sealed type pole component, and the main circuit breaker component is assembled into the finished external insulating housing, thereby preventing the main circuit breaker component from being contaminated or damaged.

An interlocking device for a circuit breaker comprises a control assembly and an interlocking assembly which are connected with each other in a driving manner. The control assembly can be connected with a connecting rod assembly and a cam assembly of an energy storage operation mechanism of the circuit breaker in a latching manner, thereby controlling the energy storage operation mechanism to finish a switching-on/switching-off operation. A switching-off latch of the control assembly is connected with the connecting rod assembly, and a switching-on latch of the control assembly is connected with the cam assembly. A switching-on guide rod of the interlocking assembly is connected with the control assembly in a driving manner, such that the switching-on latch actuates, and a switching-off guide rod of the interlocking assembly is connected with the control assembly in a driving manner, such that the switching-off latch actuates. One end of a switching-on half-shaft is connected with the switching-on latch in a driving manner, and the other end of the switching-on half-shaft and the driving guide rod face each other. The interlocking device for the circuit breaker, which is provided by the present invention, is compact in structure, accurate in control and stable in action.
