An energization controller that is easily and inexpensively adaptable to diversified configurations of a load is provided. The energization controller includes a parent board mounted with a mechanical relay that allows or interrupts flow of a current between a power source and a load, a child board mounted with a load control component that drives the load or transmits a signal to the load, and a connecting part that connects the parent board and the child board to each other.

ATTACHING AN ISOLATED SINGLE STUD FUSE TO AN ELECTRICAL DEVICE

An electrical device assembly and method to attach an isolated single stud fuse assembly to an electrical device are disclosed. The electrical device assembly consists of multiple studs, one or more of which is replaced with the isolated single stud fuse. A conductive copper landing zone receives an electrically isolated steel stud. When the landing pad assembly is orbital riveted into a plastic housing of the electrical device, the stud is locked into the housing permanently. Electrical devices such as disconnect switches and power distribution modules, both of which include multiple studs, are good candidates for being adapted with the single stud fuse assembly.

A power supply block includes a block main body including a first insertion port for inserting a power supply terminal and a first fuse terminal insertion port for inserting a connection terminal, a conductive first conduction member that is held inside the block main body and configured to be electrically connected to the power supply terminal, and a conductive second conduction member that is held inside the block main body, is electrically connected to the first conduction member inside the block main body, and is configured to be electrically connected to the connection terminal.

Electrical connection box and wire harness

A housing is provided with an electrical wire drawing path projecting toward outside and causing a plurality of at least one of an electrical wire bundle and the electrical wire to be drawn from inside to outside. The electrical wire drawing path includes a first wall member including two side portions extending in a projecting direction of the electrical wire drawing path, a second wall member disposed to be opposed to the first wall member with an interval, a first side wall member projecting from one side portion in a direction crossing an extending direction of the side portions and toward the second wall member, and a second side wall member projecting from the other side portion in a direction crossing an extending direction of the side portions and toward the second wall member.

Fuse box for battery of vehicle

A fuse box for a battery of a vehicle includes: a lower housing having a space in which a fuse is housed and a bus bar for electrically connecting the battery and the fuse is seated; a plate-shaped upper housing having a through hole formed at a central portion thereof and a first extending portion extending upward along a circumference of the through hole, where the upper housing is assembled on an upper side of the lower housing; and a fuse cover that is coupled to an upper side of the upper housing to cover the fuse exposed through the through hole of the upper housing.

Electrical connection box and wire harness

Flat surfaces out of two flat surfaces of each of flat electrical connection bodies of a relay bus bar and a bus bar of an electronic component are mating surfaces brought into contact with each other by a fixing structure. At least one of the flat electrical connection bodies of the relay bus bar and the bus bar applies a reaction force accompanying the elastic deformation to the other flat electrical connection body, to which the one flat electrical connection body is to be connected, in a state in which the flat electrical connection body of the bus bar at an accommodation completion position in a housing has not been connected to the relay bus bar. The housing includes a receiving portion receiving a force applied to the flat electrical connection body of the bus bar from the flat electrical connection body of the relay bus bar.
