ACTIVATION ASSEMBLY, BUTTON, AND KEYBOARD
An activation assembly is configured to be assembled with a substrate and a keycap. The activation assembly includes a flexible guiding component and an elastic component. The flexible guiding component includes a covering portion, a first contact portion, and a second contact portion. The covering portion has a plurality of openings. The covering portion is configured to be mounted on the substrate. The first contact portion and the second contact portion are respectively located at two opposite sides of the covering portion. The elastic component includes a coupling portion and a plurality of support portions. The coupling portion is connected to the covering portion. The support portions are connected to the coupling portion and are respectively located in the openings.
Multipolar switch
A multipolar switch includes a first electrical contact zone connected to a first electrical circuit, and a second electrical contact zone connected to a second electrical circuit. In addition, a first part made from an electrically conducting material is arranged on and at a distance from the first electrical contact zone, and a second part made from an electrically conducting material is arranged on the first part. An electrically insulating layer is arranged between the first part and the second part so as to electrically insulate them from one another. So configured, the first part is configured to be elastically deformed when being mechanically solicited in an actuating direction of the multipolar switch, and the second part is configured to be elastically deformed or be displaced in the actuating direction of the multipolar switch, between a rest configuration and an activated configuration.
PUSH SWITCH
A push switch according to the present disclosure includes: a case including a recess; a fixed contact member including a fixed contact disposed in the recess; a movable contact member including a movable contact disposed in the recess; a protective sheet disposed in a first direction from the recess and covering the recess; and a rib disposed on the protective sheet. The protective sheet includes: a pressing portion; a fixed portion fixed to the case; and an intermediate portion located between the pressing portion and the fixed portion as viewed in the first direction. As the pressing portion of the protective sheet is pressed along the first direction, the movable contact member deforms by force received from the protective sheet. The movable contact touches the fixed contact as a result of the deformation of the movable contact member.
KEY STRUCTURE AND ELASTIC CONDUCTION ELEMENT THEREOF
A key structure includes a membrane switch, a keycap and an elastic conduction element. The keycap is located over the membrane switch. The elastic conduction element is arranged between the keycap and the membrane switch. The elastic conduction element includes a supporting cover and a conduction post. The conduction post is connected with the supporting cover and disposed within an accommodation space of the supporting cover. The conduction post includes a first contacting part, a second contacting part and a concave part. While the keycap is moved downwardly relative to the membrane switch, the supporting cover is compressed by the keycap and the conduction post is correspondingly moved downwardly. Consequently, the first contacting part and the second contacting part are contacted with the membrane switch, and a suction force between the concave part and the membrane switch is generated.
A electrically insulating layer is arranged between the first part and the second part so as to electrically insulate them from one another.
So configured, the first part is configured to be elastically deformed when being mechanically solicited in an actuating direction of the multipolar switch, and the second part is configured to be elastically deformed or be displaced in the actuating direction of the multipolar switch, between a rest configuration and an activated configuration.
Push switch
A push switch includes: a case including a recess; a fixed contact member including a fixed contact disposed in the recess; a movable contact member including a movable contact disposed in the recess; a protective sheet disposed in a first direction from the recess and covering the recess; and a rib disposed on the protective sheet.
Multi-pole dome switch
Implementations of a multi-pole dome switch configured to simultaneously, or nearly simultaneously, close or open two separate circuits are provided. In some implementations, a multi-pole dome switch may comprise a tactile metal dome and a conductive insert that are separated by an insulator. In some implementations, when the dome is depressed, the dome and the conductive insert are configured to simultaneously, or nearly simultaneously, make conductive contact with two traces of a first circuit and two traces of a second circuit, respectively, positioned thereunder on a PCB. In this way, the multi-pole dome switch is able to simultaneously, or nearly simultaneously, close two separate circuits. Succinctly put, in some implementations, the multi-pole dome switch may be configured to act as a double-pole, double-throw switch.
Bicycle electrical control device and system
A control device may be configured so as to be integrated, or coupled, with a bicycle to control bicycle components. The control device may also be integrated with other control devices and system components to control bicycle components. The control device may interface with electromechanically controlled bicycle components so as to trigger an action when actuated. The control device may be dimensioned so as to have a mating surface contoured to matingly engage with a mounting surface of a bicycle, such as on a handlebar. The control, device may also be dimensioned so as to have a compact and/or concealed appearance aided by a low profile relative to the bicycle mounting surface selected for the control device. The control device may be configured such that the control device is protected from actuation from unintended or other user inputs.
RESILIENT CONTACT TERMINAL
A resilient contact terminal having a structure that can be applied to various purposes. The contact terminal has: a base; a plurality of bridges of which one end is connected to the base, is spirally wound and extends in upward inclination, and which thus are vertically resilient; and a contact portion connected to the other end of each bridge. A gap portion separates the bridges and the contact portion, and the bridges and the base. The edge of the base is positioned further outward than the edge of the contact portion.
