Keyswitch mechanism with horizontal motion return mechanism
Described herein are thin keyboard and thin keyboard overlay, as well as novel key assembly for uses on keyboards and keyswitches. The key assembly includes a top plate, a movable keycap, a support plate and flexible rods embedded in the support plate acting as springs. The underside of the movable keycap has at least one or several tapered protrusions which are located above the flexible rods. A vertical downward force on the movable keycap will enable the protrusion to flex the rods horizontally, thus creating a spring like mechanism that will return the movable keycap to its original position once the vertical force is removed.
Press sound producing keyboard switch
A press sound producing keyboard switch includes a base, a guiding inclined surface and an elastic piece provided on the base, and a cap covering the base to define an accommodating cavity. A press assembly, a spring and a conduction assembly is disposed in the accommodating cavity. A press block is provided on the press assembly. Wherein the press block is in triangular shape, length of a bottom surface of the press block is less than width of a bottom surface of the guiding inclined surface, an end portion of the elastic piece is located below the press block and above the guiding inclined surface, and the press block is located at a side of the guiding inclined surface.

THIN KEYBOARD, KEYBOARD OVERLAY AND KEYSWITCH
Described herein are thin keyboard and thin keyboard overlay, as well as novel key assembly for uses on keyboards and keyswitches. The key assembly includes a top plate, a movable keycap, a support plate and flexible rods embedded in the sup port plate acting as springs.
Framework of relay and relay
A framework part of a relay and a relay. An inner hollow portion and peripheral windows are formed by the framework. The windows are communicated with the exterior of the framework and the hollow portion. At least one group of contactors that can correspondingly contact are accommodated in the hollow portion. An arc gap is formed between the contactors that can correspondingly contact. The windows are aligned with the arc gap from an outer side. A main body of the framework is a hollowed injection molding framework, and has multiple windows that are aligned with the arc gap from the outer side, so that, under the precondition of ensuring the structural strength, materials can be reduced and the cost can be reduced. The windows can be used for installing functional components such as magnetic steel, a resistant act clip or an arcing and are extinguishing piece. The framework is made be applicable to relays and breakers having more functions and requirements, so as to improve a scope of application of products to a great extent and facilitate reduction of molds and other manufacturing costs.
