DUAL ENERGY STORAGE OPERATING MECHANISM OF ISOLATING SWITCH
A dual energy storage operating mechanism of an isolating switch is provided. A first energy storage mechanism and a second energy storage mechanism are provided between an input wheel and a housing and between the input wheel and an output wheel or a first output shaft, respectively. The output wheel is provided with a limiting mechanism. The limiting mechanism forms a locking effect on the output wheel when the first energy storage mechanism stores energy, thereby enabling the second energy storage mechanism to store energy at the same time. When the first energy storage mechanism starts to release energy, the locking effect of the limiting mechanism is released, so that the output wheel and the first output shaft can rotate, and the first energy storage mechanism and the second energy storage mechanism release energy at the same time, forming a dual energy storage boosting effect.

OPERATING MECHANISM
The invention relates to an operating mechanism for opening and closing at least one contact, which operating mechanism comprises, a base frame, a bridge body movable relative to the base frame between a closed position and an opened position, a rod mechanism of a first and a second link, a cam arranged on a shaft, a locking lever fixedly arranged with one end to the first link and moves with the first rod between a locked position and an unlocked position, a control shaft having a D-shaft portion with a flat surface portion and a semi cylindrical surface portion, and a lock position, in which the path of the second end of the locking lever intersects with the circumference of the cross-section of the D-shaft portion.

Switchgear
A switchgear includes a movable part capable of reciprocating movement in first and second directions, a movable contact coupled to the movable part and capable of reciprocating movement relative to the movable part, a biasing member that biases the movable contact, a latch part capable of switching between a first state in which movement of the movable contact in the first direction is restricted and a second state in which movement of the movable contact in the first direction is permitted, and a fixed contact provided on a side of the first direction with respect to the movable contact. When the movable part and the movable contact move in the first direction, after movement for a predetermined distance, the movement of the movable contact is restricted by the latch part in the first state, and then, when the movable part has moved further in the first direction, the latch part is switched to the second state.

ADJUSTABLE ADD-ON APPARATUSES FOR A SWITCH AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
Adjustable add-on apparatuses for switches and associated methods are provided. In some embodiments, a float can actuate a first arm of the apparatus in response to a fluid level. The first arm can then actuate a second arm of the apparatus and, in turn, the second arm can open or close a switch, such as a micro switch. In some embodiments, the switch can be opened or closed through a lever and plunger assembly. Further, in some embodiments, apparatus can include a biasing means to bias the second arm into a first or second position without allowing it to rest in between the positions. Such apparatuses can include a micro switch or be retrofit to one. Methods of opening and closing a micro switch are also provided.

Sorghum hybrid XSW256
A novel sorghum variety designated XSW256 and seed, plants, plant parts and plant cells thereof are produced from a cross of inbred sorghum varieties. Methods for producing a sorghum plant comprise crossing hybrid sorghum variety XSW256 with another sorghum plant. Sorghum variety XSW256, the seed, the plant produced from the seed, and variants, mutants, and minor modifications of sorghum variety XSW256 are provided. Methods for producing a sorghum plant containing in its genetic material one or more traits introgressed into sorghum variety XSW256 include one or both of backcross conversion and transformation of one or both inbred parents. The sorghum seed, plants and plant parts produced thereby are described.
