A portion of one side of the plate-shaped base extends outward and is bent to form a fixed contact fixing part. The fixed contacts are arranged on the fixed contact fixing part, and an abdicating through hole is defined in the base. The plate-shaped bases of the fixed contact pieces are respectively connected to an outer side surface of the base and spaced from each other. Each of the fixed contact fixing parts protrudes through the abdicating through hole and located between the base and the casing. Each of the fixed contacts faces to the movable contact on the movable contact piece, and a portion of the plate-shaped base on the fixed contact piece protrudes out of the casing to form a connecting part.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact, a movable contact piece, a movable contact, a contact case, a drive device, and an elastic member. The movable contact is disposed to face the fixed contact. The movable contact piece is connected to the movable contact. The movable contact piece is configured to move in an opening direction and a closing direction. The contact case houses the fixed contact, the movable contact, and the movable contact piece. The drive device includes a coil. The coil generates an electromagnetic force that moves the movable contact piece. The elastic member is disposed between the drive device and the contact case. The elastic member seals between the drive device and the contact case.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONTROLLING A POSITION OF CONTACTS IN A RELAY DEVICE
A system may include a relay device. The relay device may include an armature that moves between a first position that electrically couples a first contact to a second contact and a second position that electrically uncouples the first contact from the second contact. The relay device may also include a relay coil that receives a voltage configured to magnetize a relay coil, thereby causing the armature to move from the first position to the second position. The system also includes a control system that receives an indication that the armature is in the second position and sends a signal to an actuator in response to receiving the indication. The signal causes an arm associated with the actuator to move the armature to achieve a gap distance between the first contact and the second contact.
Electromechanical switch with stabilized engagement between contacts
An electromechanical switch includes first and second stationary contacts and a movable contact. Each of the first and second stationary contacts has a respective protrusion at a mating end thereof. The movable contact defines a first depression and a second depression along a mating side thereof. The movable contact is reciprocally movable into and out of a closed position relative to the first and second stationary contacts. In the closed position, the mating side of the movable contact engages the mating ends of the first and second stationary contacts such that the protrusion of the first stationary contact projects into the first depression and the protrusion of the second stationary contact projects into the second depression.
Low noise relay
A low noise relay includes a main body part provided with a terminal on a first surface thereof. A cover part is coupled to the terminal and the first surface of the main body part. The cover part is electrically connected to the terminal of the main body part. A vibration reduction part is connected and electrically coupled to the cover part. The vibration reduction part is configured to support the main body part to be suspended in air. A pin part is configured such that a first side of the pin part is connected with and electrically connected to the vibration reduction part.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes a base, a contact block, an electromagnet block, a permanent magnet, and a rigid member. The base is insulating. The contact block is placed on the base. The electromagnet block is placed on the base at a space from the contact block. The permanent magnet generates a magnetic field in the contact block. The rigid member is made of a magnetic material having a higher rigidity than the base, is incorporated in the base, and suppresses a magnetic flux leakage of the permanent magnet.
Relay
The relay according to an embodiment of the disclosure includes a main body configured to open and close a circuit by an input signal, and a plurality of terminals extending from the main body and coupled to a PCB, wherein each of the plurality of terminals comprises an inclined extension portion configured to allow the main body to be spaced apart from the PCB and maintain an inclined state with respect to a surface of the PCB and a lower surface of the main body, and a coupling portion extending from the inclined extension portion in a direction to enter a coupling slot of the PCB.
Relay having insulation distance between electromagnet and contacts
