The elastic pressing member is pressed against an outer side of the armature so as to position the armature on the base and provide an auxiliary thrust to the armature.
Magnetic latching relay
A magnetic latching relay includes a base, a magnetic circuit portion, a pushing card and a contact portion; the base is provided with a first blocking wall to divide the base into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, the magnetic circuit portion and the contact portion are installed in the upper cavity and the lower cavity respectively; an iron core, two yokes and a magnetic steel of the magnetic circuit portion are formed an E-shaped magnetic conductive structure with a 90 degrees side turn; the middle position of an armature is rotatably supported above the magnetic steel, two ends of the armature respectively correspond to the tops of the two yokes; an upper end of the pushing card is connected to one end of the armature, and a lower end of the pushing card is connected to a free end of a movable spring of the contact portion.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay including: a base unit that includes a slit having a first wall part and a second wall part, and a first projection projecting from the first wall part of the slit; a terminal that is press-fitted into the slit, and includes a second projection at a position opposite to the first projection; and a preventer that prevents deviation of the second projection against the first projection when the terminal is press-fitted into the slit.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay (100) has high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, and good magnetic properties. The electromagnetic relay (100) includes a magnetic component including an alloy layer on its surface formed by diffusion-coating of at least one element selected from the group consisting of Cr, V, Ti, and Al. The alloy layer has a thickness of 5 to 60 μm, inclusive.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes: an electromagnet; a twin contact set that includes first twin contacts provided on a first movable spring, and second twin contacts that are provided on a first fixed contact plate and disposed opposite to the first twin contacts; a single contact set that includes a first single contact provided on a second movable spring, and a second single contact that is provided on a second fixed contact plate and disposed opposite to the first single contact; and a card that moves in response to excitation or non-excitation of the electromagnet, and moves the first and the second movable springs simultaneously with the movement of the card.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a casing, a coil set, a rotating bridge, first and second extension arm, first and second switch conductive plate assemblies, and first and second gripper modules. The novel design of the rotating bridge allows the first and second switch conductive plate assemblies to have synchronous contact or disconnection and provide sufficient and appropriate force to a first movable contact and a first fixed contact of the first switch conductive plate assembly and a second movable contact and a second fixed contact of the second switch conductive plate assembly to achieve a stable conduction and ensure a reliable separation for a disconnection, so as to achieve the effects of reducing the excessive change of resistance during operation, preventing high temperature caused by incomplete contacts, and improve application performance.
Contact device
The fixed contact member includes a fixed contact. The movable contact member includes a movable contact and is movable between a position where the movable contact is in contact with the fixed contact and a position where the movable contact is away from the fixed contact. The permanent magnet forms a magnetic field around the fixed contact. The case is for accommodating at least the fixed contact member and the movable contact member. Further, the case includes an accommodation part which is partitioned from an internal space of the case and is for accommodating the permanent magnet through an opening thereof directed to an outside of the case.
ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnet unit, a contact unit including a movable contact spring with a movable contact provided thereon and a fixed contact spring with a fixed contact provided thereon, and a base block configured to support the electromagnet unit and the contact unit, wherein the electromagnet unit is supported at a first face of the base block, and the contact unit is supported at a second face of the base block facing in an opposite direction from the first face, and wherein the base block includes a first insulating wall extending from the first face alongside the electromagnet unit and a second insulating wall extending from the second face alongside the contact unit, the second insulating wall being situated on an opposite side from the first insulating wall across the second face.
Relay having insulation distance between electromagnet and contacts
Provided is a relay, with which an insulation distance can be maintained while preventing an increase in size of the relay. The relay has a coil, an iron core, an armature which moves by excitation of the coil, a contact terminal which displaces in accordance with the movement of the armature, a pressing member which is attached to the armature and which presses the contact terminal, and a base block having a wall arranged between a first area in which the coil and the iron core are arranged, and a second area in which the contact terminal and the pressing member are arranged, wherein the armature comprises a first portion arranged in the first area and a second portion extending from the first portion and arranged in the second area, and the pressing member is affixed to the second portion.
Spring Member For An Electric Switching Device Such As A Cradle Relay
A spring for an electric switch comprises a base portion, a contact section, and a return spring section. The base portion forms a proximal end of the spring.
