The connecting portion includes a locking groove and a locking projection. An end of the movable iron core is disposed in the locking groove. The locking projection presses the end of the movable iron core in the locking groove. The locking projection extends in a support direction perpendicular to a moving direction of the moving member.
RELAY DEVICE
A relay device includes a fixed terminal having a pair of fixed contact points, a movable contact portion positioned adjacent to a lower side of the fixed terminal and configured to allow or block energization by being in contact with or spaced apart from the pair of fixed contact points, a fixed core disposed at a predetermined interval below the movable contact portion and configured to be magnetized when control power is applied, a movable core positioned adjacent to a lower side of the fixed core and configured to move toward the fixed core when the control power is applied, and a shaft that passes through the fixed core to connect to the movable contact portion and is coupled to the movable core to move together with the movable core. The shaft is supported by a step portion formed in the movable core to form a stroke gap between the fixed core and the movable core.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a moving member, a yoke, a guide member, and a movable iron core. The yoke includes a plate portion and a yoke hole. The guide member is disposed in the yoke hole. The movable iron core is connected to the moving member. The movable iron core includes a tubular portion. The tubular portion includes a first end surface and a second end surface. The tubular portion is disposed in the guide member. The plate portion includes a first surface and a second surface. In a case where the moving member is located at the closed position, the first end surface is located within a range from a first position to a second position. The first position is a position corresponding to the first surface. The second position is located at a center of the first surface and the second surface.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a first movable contact piece, a moving member, a coil, and a movable iron core. The moving member holds the first movable contact piece. The movable iron core is connected to the moving member and is configured to move by a magnetic force generated by the coil. The moving member is made of resin having electrical insulation. The moving member includes a first member and a second member. The second member is connected to the first member by snap fitting. The first member includes a first protrusion. The second member includes a second main body, a first locking portion, and a first arm. The first locking portion locks to the first protrusion. The first arm connects the second main body and the first locking portion. A thickness of the first arm is smaller than a thickness of the first locking portion.
CONTACT APPARATUS, ELECTROMAGNETIC SWITCH, ONBOARD CHARGER, AND NEW ENERGY VEHICLE
A contact apparatus includes a base body, two fixed contacts, and a moving contact component. The base body has an inner cavity. The two fixed contacts are fastened to the base body at intervals and extend into the inner cavity of the base body. The moving contact component includes a pushing member and a moving contact. The pushing member is movably disposed through the base body. The moving contact is mounted on the pushing member and is located in the inner cavity of the base body. The pushing member is configured to drive the moving contact to move, so that the moving contact is in contact with or is separated from the two fixed contacts.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact, a movable contact corresponding to the fixed contact, a movable element that retains the movable contact and moves in a contacting direction and a separating direction relative to the fixed contact, an axial core coupled to the movable element, a movable core coupled to the axial core to move in the contacting direction and the separating direction relative to a movement of the axial core, a driving part that drives the movable core in the contacting direction, an urging part that exerts force to the axial core in the separating direction, and a constraining part that constrains the relative movement of the axial core in the separating direction.
Relay
Examples of a relay are described, with which the characteristics of the relay such as the operating voltage can be prevented from changing, even when impact is applied to the relay. The relay has an electromagnet, an armature which pivots about a pivot axis by excitation of the electromagnet, a pressing member attached to a tip of the armature, and a terminal which is pressed by the pressing member, wherein the armature comprises a plate-like insertion part which extends in a direction parallel to the pivot axis, and a guide groove provided in the insertion part and which extends in a direction parallel to the pivot axis, and the pressing member comprises an enclosure which is open on one end, and a part of the enclosure is inserted into the guide groove.
Relay having insulation distance between electromagnet and contacts
Provided is a relay, with which an insulation distance can be maintained while preventing an increase in size of the relay. The relay has a coil, an iron core, an armature which moves by excitation of the coil, a contact terminal which displaces in accordance with the movement of the armature, a pressing member which is attached to the armature and which presses the contact terminal, and a base block having a wall arranged between a first area in which the coil and the iron core are arranged, and a second area in which the contact terminal and the pressing member are arranged, wherein the armature comprises a first portion arranged in the first area and a second portion extending from the first portion and arranged in the second area, and the pressing member is affixed to the second portion.
Cradle for a narrow relay, cradle assembly and relay
A cradle for a relay comprises a force introduction section at which a force is introduced from a triggering system and a force diversion section in which the force that is introduced from the triggering system is diverted to a contact system. A direct connection line extending between the force introduction section and the force diversion section runs through a receptacle.
