XD Relay With Manual Override Knob
A modular family of electrical switching relays that utilize interchangeable mechanical override knobs or blank fillers, combined with enclosures capable of containing two or more independently operable relays; where each independent operating relay can selectively be constructed to either have a mechanical override knob or to have a blank filler thus resulting in a broad number of product permutations from a minimum number of unique components that are required to build those permutations. An electromechanical relay with rotary manual on and off override control where the manual on and off control consists of three distinct positions for (1) forcing/maintaining the relay on, (2) forcing/maintaining the relay off, and (3) allowing the relay to automatically turn on and off or to be remotely turned on and off with an electrical signal. An electromechanical push/pull relay with manual on and off override control where the axis of rotation of the manual override control is perpendicular to the axis of relay push/pull direction.
RELAY
A relay includes a movable block, a base substrate, and a coil block. The movable block is provided rotatably around a rotational axis of the movable block. The movable block includes a plurality of sliders. The base substrate is disposed opposite the movable block in the rotational axis direction of the movable block, and contacts the sliders. The base substrate includes a plurality of contactors that come into contact with the sliders. The coil block includes a coil that generates electromagnetic force by electric conduction to rotate the movable block with respect to the base substrate. As the movable block rotates, continuity is switched between the sliders and the contactors.
Electricity meter with electrically-controlled electromechanical switch
An electricity meter comprising an electrically-controlled electromechanical switch is disclosed. The electromechanical switch comprises a rotary actuator comprising a generally-cylindrical permanent magnet rotor having a central axis, a stator comprising a closed stator core and first and second opposite stator poles inwardly-projecting from the closed stator core towards the rotor and first and second coils wound around the first and second stator poles respectively. The electromechanical switch comprises a switch comprising at least one pair of first and second contacts wherein the first contact is movable. The electromechanical switch comprises mechanical linkage between the rotary actuator and the movable contact(s) configured such that rotation of the rotor from a first angular position to a second angular position causes the switch to be opened, and rotation from the second angular position to the first angular position causes the switch to be closed.
ELECTRICITY METER WITH ELECTRICALLY-CONTROLLED ELECTROMECHANICAL SWITCH
An electricity meter comprising an electrically-controlled electromechanical switch is disclosed. The electromechanical switch comprises a rotary actuator comprising a generally-cylindrical permanent magnet rotor having a central axis, a stator comprising a closed stator core and first and second opposite stator poles inwardly-projecting from the closed stator core towards the rotor and first and second coils wound around the first and second stator poles respectively. The electromechanical switch comprises a switch comprising at least one pair of first and second contacts wherein the first contact is movable. The electromechanical switch comprises mechanical linkage between the rotary actuator and the movable contact(s) configured such that rotation of the rotor from a first angular position to a second angular position causes the switch to be opened, and rotation from the second angular position to the first angular position causes the switch to be closed.
Electronic rotary switch
An electronic switch includes a substrate and a rotator assembly. The rotator assembly is configured to prevent rotation between a first rotational configuration and a second rotational configuration in a first translational position of the rotator assembly, while the rotator assembly is configured to rotate between the first rotational configuration and the second rotational configuration in a second translational position of the rotator assembly. The second translational position of the rotator assembly is translationally offset from the first translational position of the rotator assembly. An electrical contact of the rotator assembly is configured to electrically connect an electronic input path of the substrate to an electronic output path of the substrate in the first rotational configuration and first translational position of the rotator assembly, but not to electrically connect the electronic input path to the electronic output path in the second rotational configuration of the rotator assembly or in the second translational position of the rotator assembly.
Electronic Rotary Switch
An electronic switch includes a substrate and a rotator assembly. The rotator assembly is configured to prevent rotation between a first rotational configuration and a second rotational configuration in a first translational position of the rotator assembly, while the rotator assembly is configured to rotate between the first rotational configuration and the second rotational configuration in a second translational position of the rotator assembly. The second translational position of the rotator assembly is translationally offset from the first translational position of the rotator assembly. An electrical contact of the rotator assembly is configured to electrically connect an electronic input path of the substrate to an electronic output path of the substrate in the first rotational configuration and first translational position of the rotator assembly, but not to electrically connect the electronic input path to the electronic output path in the second rotational configuration of the rotator assembly or in the second translational position of the rotator assembly.

An electricity meter comprising an electrically-controlled electromechanical switch is disclosed. Relay
A relay includes a movable block, a base substrate, and a coil block. The movable block is provided rotatably around a rotational axis of the movable block. The movable block includes a plurality of sliders. The base substrate is disposed opposite the movable block in the rotational axis direction of the movable block, and contacts the sliders. The base substrate includes a plurality of contactors that come into contact with the sliders. The coil block includes a coil that generates electromagnetic force by electric conduction to rotate the movable block with respect to the base substrate. As the movable block rotates, continuity is switched between the sliders and the contactors.
Bi-stable electrical solenoid switch
An improved bi-stable electrical solenoid switch comprising a solenoid being wound with coil windings. The solenoid having a central aperture defined therein, and the coil windings, which when engaged by a power source, generates a magnetic field. A magnetic coupling member mounted on the solenoid. A plunger partially disposed in the central aperture for movement into and out of the central aperture. A conductive plate coupled to the plunger and provided with contacts on each end of the conductive plate. The conductive plate configured to electrically engage and disengage the solenoid upon respective application of power to the solenoid. The magnetic coupling member configured to reduce the force needed by the solenoid to remain in an open position when selectively energized for moving and retaining the conductive plate of the plunger against the solenoid for allowing wide operating voltage and reduced operating power.
RELAY
A relay, includes a base; a contact part disposed on the base and including two sets of movable contact parts, each set of the movable contact parts including a movable contact piece, a movable contact unit and a static contact unit, stiffnesses of two movable contact pieces are difference; a push rod assembly including a first push rod and a second push rod respectively connected to the two movable contact pieces; and a magnetic circuit part arranged on the base for driving the movements of the first push rod and the second push rod in an opposite directions, so as to drive the two movable contact pieces to come into contact or move away from each other, achieving contact or separation between the static contact unit and the movable contact unit.
