11587755 · 2023-02-21 · ·

A power switch with an independent light-emitting chamber includes a housing, a press-key, a power assembly, at least one light-emitting unit, and a circuit board. The housing is provided therein with a partition wall that divides the interior of the housing into a first receiving space and a second receiving space. The press-key and the power assembly can be disposed in the first receiving space. The press-key can bring the power assembly into a power-off state or a power-on state. The light-emitting unit can be disposed in the second receiving space and thereby turn the second receiving space into an independent light-emitting chamber. The circuit board can be disposed in the housing and electrically connected to the power assembly and the light-emitting unit. The power switch is enhanced in safety as the partition wall keeps the light-emitting unit and the power assembly from each other and hence from short-circuiting.

An overload protection switch with reverse restart switching structure, particularly to one that has a molded-case circuit breaker which adding a lampshade parallel stagnation position for overload indication, and when resetting, needs to press back to the RESET for reconfirmation; due to the stagnation position and reverse restart structure, it can avoid repeating the reset action, preventing the reduction of the life of the overload protection switch and repeated exposure or the misjudgment and then resetting of electrical products that have been overloaded and tripped and then overload again then results in causing dangerous; also, the lampshade can be completely tripped even when the lampshade is suppressed, and prevent the danger of repeated tripping during overload.

A switch module with a built-in structure of anti-surge and linkage disconnection, particularly to one that has an anti-surge instant expanding detaching device with a cocoon form protection structure, when an overvoltage occurs, the metal oxide varistor would instantly heat up or explode, and the expanded graphite is linear expanded by absorbing heat and forms a cocoon form protection structure that fill up the containing space like a spider web covering the metal oxide varistor to forms a flame proof layer, when the expanding volume of the expanded graphite reach the predetermined setting, the expansion provides a push force pushing the pushing element forcing the first connecting point detaching from the second connecting point and turning off the switch, and further achieving the effects of easy manufacturing and improving the stability and the accuracy.

Thermal overcurrent circuit breaker

A thermal overcurrent circuit breaker having a switch housing in which a thermal expansion element and a snap-action switching mechanism, which is coupled to the thermal expansion element and can be manually operated, and also a moving contact, which interacts with the snap-action switching mechanism, and a fixed contact are arranged, the fixed contact being connected to a first connection rail while contact is made with the moving contact by a second connection rail by means of the thermal expansion element. The switch housing has a number of connection chambers in which in each case one of the connection rails is arranged, wherein a two-limb spring element for making clamping contact with a connection line, which is guided into the connection chamber via a first housing opening and has the connection rail, is arranged in each connection chamber.

A switch module of built-in anti-surge disconnection structure mainly comprises an overcurrent protection switch and an anti-surge disconnection structure ingeniously built inside a heat-resisting housing. The switch module has a first connecting point and a second connecting point for operation. When overvoltage occurs, the temperature of at least one metal oxide varistor would instantly rise up to a degree higher than the melting point thereof, melting at least one thermo-sensitive piece, loosening at least one spring element, displacing a pushing element, and thus forcing the connecting points detaching from each other to turn off the switch and stop supplying the electricity power, so as to ensure more of electricity safety. Also, the switch module has the colloid thermo-sensitive piece directly fixing the spring element instead of having a band for fixing in the prior art, achieving an easier manufacturing process and better effectiveness of the switch module.
