METHOD OF USING PROCESSING OVEN
A method of using a processing oven may include disposing at least one substrate in a chamber of the oven and activating a lamp assembly disposed above them to increase their temperature to a first temperature. A chemical vapor may be admitted into the chamber above the at least one substrate and an inert gas may be admitted into the chamber below the at least one substrate. The temperature of the at least one substrate may then be increased to a second temperature higher than the first temperature and then cooled down.

Method of using processing oven
A method of using a solder reflow oven can include disposing at least one substrate including solder in a chamber of the oven. The method can include decreasing a pressure of the chamber to a first pressure between about 0.1-50 Torr. After decreasing the pressure of the chamber, the temperature of the at least one substrate can be increased to a first temperature. Formic acid vapor can be admitted into the chamber above the at least one substrate while nitrogen is discharged into the chamber below the at least one substrate. The method can also include removing at least a portion of the formic acid vapor from the enclosure. After the removing step, the temperature of the at least one substrate can be further increased to a second temperature higher than the first temperature. The at least one substrate can be maintained at the second temperature for a first time. And then, the at least one substrate can be cooled.

Substrate bonding structure and substrate bonding method
A device (2) is formed on a main surface of a substrate (1). The main surface of the substrate (1) is bonded to the undersurface of the counter substrate (14) via the bonding member (11,12,13) in a hollow state. A circuit (17) and a bump structure (26) are formed on the top surface of the counter substrate (14). The bump structure (26) is positioned in a region corresponding to at least the bonding member (11,12,13), and has a higher height than that of the circuit (17).
Prevention of bridging between solder joints
A method of fabricating a connection structure is disclosed. The method includes providing a substrate that has a top surface and includes a set of pads for soldering, each of which has a pad surface exposed from the top surface of the substrate. The method also includes applying a surface treatment to a part of the top surface of the substrate close to the pads and the pad surface of each pad so as to make at least the part of the top surface and the pad surfaces of the pads rougher. The surface treatment includes sandblasting.
METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING COMPONENTS IMPLEMENTING A PRE-TREATMENT OF THE SOLDER BUMPS ALLOWING AN ASSEMBLY BY FLUXLESS AND RESIDUE-FREE SOLDERING
A method for assembling components implementing includes a pre-treatment of the solder bumps allowing an assembly by fluxless and residue-free soldering. A first component carrying solder bumps is assembled with a second component carrying connectors. Beforehand, a pre-treatment of the components carrying solder bumps is carried out by contacting them with a pre-treatment liquid which makes their subsequent fluxless and residue-free soldering possible.
Printed wiring board and method for manufacturing printed wiring board
A printed wiring board includes a resin insulating layer, a metal post formed in the resin insulating layer such that the metal post is protruding from a first surface of the resin insulating layer, a conductor layer formed on a second surface of the resin insulating layer on the opposite side with respect to the first surface of the resin insulating layer, and a via conductor formed in the resin insulating layer such that the via conductor is penetrating through the resin insulating layer and connecting the metal post and the conductor layer. The metal post has a protruding portion protruding from the first surface of the resin insulating layer and an embedded portion integrally formed with the protruding portion and embedded in the resin insulating layer.
