INTEGRATED COOLING MODULE OF FUEL CELL STACK AND THERMAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM INCLUDING INTEGRATED COOLING MODULE
An integrated cooling module of a fuel cell stack is attached to a housing of the fuel cell stack, and the integrated cooling module is connected to a plurality of components constituting a thermal management system of a fuel cell. In particular, the integrated cooling module includes: a first injection member defining flow paths guiding coolant into one or more components of the thermal management system of the fuel cell, and at least one second injection member coupled to the first injection member, and the coolants going through the components flow into the fuel cell stack through any one of the flow paths defined by the integrated cooling module.

The invention relates to a fuel cell system (100) having at least one fuel cell stack (101), an air path (10), wherein air from the surroundings reach the fuel cell stack (101) via the air path (10), an exhaust gas path (12), a fuel line (20), wherein fuel is transported to the fuel cell stack (101) via the fuel line (20). According to the invention, the air path (10) is connected to a cooling line (30) via a branch (33), wherein the cooling line (30) is connected to a PDU unit (32).

The fuel cell control system includes: a reactor; an air compressor, wherein the air compressor has a compressing cavity, the compressing cavity has a gas inlet and a gas outlet, a rotatable pressure wheel is disposed inside the compressing cavity, and the gas outlet is in communication with the reactor; a control flow channel, wherein a first end of the control flow channel is in communication with the gas-intake side of the pressure wheel, a second end of the control flow channel is in communication with the wheel-back side of the pressure wheel, and the control flow channel is provided with a return valve for regulating the flow rate of the control flow channel; and a central control unit, wherein the central control unit is communicatively connected to the return valve to control the opening degree of the return valve.
FUEL CELL POWER GENERATION SYSTEM
A fuel cell power generation system is provided with: at least one fuel cell module each of which includes a fuel cell having a fuel-side electrode, an electrolyte, and an oxygen-side electrode; at least one fuel supply line for supplying a fuel gas to the fuel-side electrode included in the at least one fuel cell module; at least one oxidizing gas supply line for supplying an oxidizing gas to the oxygen-side electrode included in the at least one fuel cell module; and a most downstream exhaust fuel gas line through which an exhaust fuel gas discharged from a most downstream module that is disposed most downstream in a flow of the fuel gas among the at least one fuel cell module flows. The most downstream exhaust fuel gas line is configured to supply the exhaust fuel gas to the oxygen-side electrode included in any of the fuel cell modules.

FUEL CELL SYSTEM
A fuel cell system includes: a supply flow path configured to supply reactant gas; a first branch flow path branching off from an outlet end of the supply flow path and configured to guide the reactant gas to a first fuel cell stack; a second branch flow path branching off from the outlet end of the supply flow path and configured to communicate with the first branch flow path and guide the reactant gas to a second fuel cell stack; and an inlet area change part disposed in a boundary zone between the first branch flow path and the second branch flow path and configured to selectively change inlet areas of the first and second branch flow paths. Efficiency in discharging condensate water is increased and performance and operational efficiency are improved.
Cooling control system and method of fuel cell
A cooling control method of a fuel cell is provided. The method includes estimating a temperature of a separator based on heat exchange between the separator formed between unit cells of a fuel cell stack and coolant flowing through a cooling line between the separators. A ratio of coolant passing through a heat exchange device to coolant bypassing the heat exchange device is adjusted based on the estimated temperature of the separator. Additionally, a rotation speed of a pump for circulating coolant for cooling the fuel cell stack is adjusted based on the estimated temperature of the separator.

Disclosed are a deterioration estimation system for the fuel cell, a hydrogen supply system for a fuel cell including the same, and a hydrogen supply method for a fuel cell, the deterioration estimation system including a fuel cell which receives hydrogen gas and oxidizing gas respectively supplied to an anode side and a cathode side thereof to generate electrical power, a hydrogen supply line which is connected to the anode side of the fuel cell and supplies gas containing hydrogen gas to the fuel cell, a hydrogen supply valve which is located between the hydrogen supply line and a hydrogen tank, supplies, when opened, hydrogen gas stored in the hydrogen tank to the hydrogen supply line, and blocks the supply of the hydrogen gas when closed, and a deterioration estimating unit which estimates the deterioration state of the fuel cell, based on the opening and closing control of the hydrogen supply valve or a change in the pressure in the hydrogen supply line.
