Smart key for vehicle
A smart key for a vehicle includes: a base part; a first terminal part coupled to the base part and which makes contact with a first electrode of a battery so as to be electrically connected to the battery; a second terminal part disposed facing the first terminal part to form an insertion part where the battery is inserted and which makes contact with a second electrode of the battery to be electrically connected to the battery; a separation prevention part which extends from the second terminal to the base part and which abuts the side surface of the battery to prevent the battery from separating from the insertion part; and a pressure applying part which is connected to the second terminal part so as to enable contact with the battery and which maintains contact between the battery and the separation prevention part by an elastic restoring force.
Interposer having shielded contacts and traces
A separable and reconnectable connector for semiconductor devices is provided that is scalable for devices having very small contact pitch. Connectors of the present disclosure include signal pins shielded by pins electrically-coupled to ground. Embodiments provide one or more signal pins in a contact array electrically-shielded by at least one ground pin coupled to a ground plane. Embodiments thereby provide signal pins, either single-ended or a differential pair, usable to transmit signals with reduced noise or cross-talk and thus improved signal integrity. Embodiments further provide inner ground planes coupled to connector ground pins to shield pairs of differential signal pins without increasing the size of the connector. Inner grounding layers can be formed within isolation substrates incorporated into connector embodiments between adjacent pairs of signal pins. These buried ground layers provide additional crosstalk isolation in close proximity to signal pins, resulting in improved signal integrity in a significantly reduced space.
Arrangement for making electrical contact, and current connector
An arrangement for electrical contacting of a current connector (3) with a circuit arrangement (1) is provided. The current connector (3) includes at least one contact spring wire (5, 6) with an end contact (5a, 6a), which is configured for spring-loading, and the circuit arrangement (1) includes at least one contact point. The end contact (5a, 6a) and the contact point each form a spring pressure contact, and the end contact (5a, 6a) of the contact spring wire (5, 6) is configured as a bracket with an outer contact surface and at least one cutting edge arranged proximate the contact surface, which is engaged with the contact point.
ELECTRICAL INTERPOSER HAVING SHIELDED CONTACTS AND TRACES
A separable and reconnectable connector for semiconductor devices is provided that is scalable for devices having very small contact pitch. Connectors of the present disclosure include signal pins shielded by pins electrically-coupled to ground. One or more signal pins in a contact array are electrically-shielded by at least one ground pin coupled to a ground plane. These buried ground layers provide additional crosstalk isolation in close proximity to signal pins, resulting in improved signal integrity in a significantly reduced space
Elastic contact element of an electrical connector
An elastic contact element of the electrical connector is provided and has an upper ring, a lower ring, and a plurality of elastic flat bodies connected to and located between the upper ring and the lower ring. Each one of the elastic flat bodies is strip-shaped and forms a contact portion. The elastic flat bodies are spaced apart from each other and divided into several groups according to different height positions of the contact portions. Each one of the contact portions protrudes toward a center axis. Because the elastic flat bodies are divided into several groups according to different height positions of the contact portions, the elastic flat bodies contact an inserted male probe at various positions.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector includes multiple conductive terminals respectively retained in multiple accommodating slots of an insulating body. Each conductive terminal includes a base portion, a connecting portion extending from one side of the base portion, a first elastic arm and a second elastic arm extending from the connecting portion toward a direction away from the same one side of the base portion, and at least one fixing portion extending from another side of the base portion. A width of the connecting portion is less than a width of the base portion and less than a width of a location of the first elastic arm near the connecting portion as well as a width of a location of the second elastic arm near the connecting portion. The fixing portion and the first elastic arm are respectively located at different sides of the base portion, thus achieving good elasticity and thinness.
Methods and apparatus for RF shield and cable attachment system
A shield for a cable attachment system for attaching a cable to a component having a ball grid array (BGA). The shield may comprise an outer conductive surface, a first end configured to be coupled to a surface of the component, a second end that receives the cable, and an inner non-conductive material received within the shield adjacent the first end and encasing the connection of the cable to the BGA of the component. The cable may be configured to be coupled to the BGA of the component.
FULLY ASSEMBLED HIGH TEMPERATURE CONNECTOR
A high temperature electrical connector, which may be used to connect a temperature sensor mounted in a combustion chamber of an automotive engine to a cable. The connector has a housing made of high temperature material, such as alumina ceramic. Connector terminals may be retained within the housing but may float relative to the housing, to reduce stresses associated with differential thermal expansion of the housing and terminals and reduce transmission of vibration and resultant degradation of connector performance. Compliant portions may extend from an intermediate portion of the terminals to make contact with pads on a sensor substrate inserted into the connector. The terminals may be retained with an end cap, secured to the housing. Retention of the terminals may be aided by pockets in the housing that receive tips of the terminals. Channels, receiving the intermediate portions of the terminals, may open into the pockets.
SPRING CONNECTOR
A spring connector includes: a conductive tube; a movable pin that has a tip end portion protruding from an opening of the tube along an axial direction of the tube; a movable body that is provided inside the tube and that has one end portion in contact with a rear end portion of the movable pin; and a spring that is provided inside the tube and that is configured to urge another end portion of the movable body in a direction in which the movable pin protrudes. The other end portion of the movable body is an inclined surface inclined with respect to the axial direction, and at least one of the one end portion of the movable body and the rear end portion of the movable pin includes a convex portion.
Electrical connector, connector assembly and charging robot for a conductive charging system
An electrical connector configured to be mated with a mating connector along a mating direction includes a plurality of contact elements each having a contact surface at least partially inclined with respect to the mating direction. The contact elements are spaced apart from each other along a circumferential direction with respect to the mating direction.
