LEVER-TYPE CONNECTOR AND PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD EQUIPPED WITH SUCH CONNECTORS
This lever-type connector comprises a first part forming a base and a second part mobile in relation to the base, the first and second parts inwardly receiving first and second contact assemblies facing one another, male and female respectfully, each provided at one end with conductors to be connected, and a cam mechanism able to move the mobile part between contact disconnection and connection positions. The cam mechanism includes a lever shaped so as to be circumscribed inside the main cross-section of the connector.
Midboard cable terminology assembly
A cable termination assembly configured for mounting to an interior portion of a printed circuit board. The cable termination assembly has a frame shaped to receive a paddle card to which a plurality of cables are terminated. A lid, when closed, may force the paddle card into contact with an interposer, which in turn may be pressed into a printed circuit board on which the cable termination assembly is mounted. Electrical signals may pass between the cables and traces in the printed circuit board via the paddle card and interposer. The termination assembly may be mounted near a processor or other high speed component on the printed circuit board, enabling high speed signals to be coupled with low loss between a periphery of the printed circuit board, or even a location off the printed circuit board, and the high speed component.

CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLIES FOR A COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A communication system includes first and second circuit card assemblies each having a PCB and an electrical connector having a mating end and contacts. The first electrical connector has a receptacle housing and a mating housing received in the receptacle housing with cam levers therebetween. The second electrical connector has a header housing and driving elements interfacing with the cam levers to actuate the mating housing relative to the receptacle housing. The PCB includes a slot receiving the other PCB in a board loading direction and the header housing is coupled to the receptacle housing in the board loading direction to interface the driving elements with the cam levers. The mating housing is movable away from the second mating end to a preloaded position by the driving elements and is movable toward the second mating end to a mated position by the driving elements.

Techniques for optimizing dual track routing
The subject technology provides a method and apparatus for performing dual track routing. A pair of signal traces is routed in between two rows of contacts and at least one of the signal traces is modified to satisfy a routing restriction. The modification of the signal trace includes three trace segments that deviate the signal trace away from the source of the routing restriction.
Electronics connector for facilitating treatment
In the production of certain components, the components must pass through an existing treating device with limited clearance. This limited clearance will cause unwanted physical contact between the component and the existing treatment apparatus, such as a reflow oven for treating electronic components, such as an M.2 connector. In such a situation, it will be necessary to practice a method of separating the component into subassemblies or modules; separately treating the subassemblies or modules in the reflow oven; and then reassembling the subassemblies and modules after the reflow treatment.

Lever type connector that prevents the pivot of the lever from being inclined
A lever type connector includes a housing configured to fit to a mating connector and a lever mounted on the housing and configured to draw the mating connector and the housing closer to each other when the lever moves from a temporary locking position to a final locking position. The lever includes a temporary locking arm which is elastically deformable in a direction away from a surface of the housing, and rotates between the temporary locking position and the final locking position while the temporary locking arm comes into press-contact with a sliding surface which is part of the surface of the housing.
