INTERNAL EMC PROTECTION FOR SHIELD FOR PLASTIC HIGH VOLTAGE DISTRIBUTION CENTERS
An electrical distribution center includes a housing formed of an electrically nonconductive material, an electromagnetic housing shield formed of an electrically conductive material disposed within a cavity in the housing, a cover enclosing the cavity having an electromagnetic cover shield formed of the electrically conductive material and in electrical contact with the housing shield, and a plurality of shielded electrical connectors interconnected to one another through electrical components contained within the cavity. The electrical components are mounted on a plurality of standoffs defined by an inner surface of the housing. The plurality of standoffs extends through a plurality of apertures defined in the housing shield.

Electrical connector assembly with improved shielding effect and locking structure
An electrical connector assembly includes an electrical connector and a metal casing. The electrical connector includes an insulating body and a number of conductive terminals. The insulating body includes a slot. Each conductive terminal includes an abutting portion. The metal casing includes a receiving cavity. When a mating connector is inserted into the receiving cavity and has not yet made contact with the conductive terminals of the electrical connector, a better shielding effect can be achieved. Some of the abutting portions are adapted for electrically connecting with a circuit board, and some of the abutting portions of the conductive terminals are connected with a cable. The metal casing includes a hook portion locking with a lock surface of the circuit board. Therefore, the metal casing can be prevented from detaching from the circuit board in case an external force is applied to pull the cable.

SHIELDED CONNECTOR ASSEMBLIES WITH TEMPERATURE AND ALIGNMENT CONTROLS
High-speed connectors and connector assemblies that include structures for alignment and/or improved thermal performance.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR WITH STOP FUNCTION
An electrical connector includes an insulating body, a number of first conductive terminals and a metal shell. The insulating body includes a first butting protrusion having a first slot. The metal shell is assembled to the insulating body along an assembling direction. The metal shell includes a top wall, a bottom wall, two side walls and a partition wall. The metal shell includes a first receiving cavity for receiving a first mating plug. The metal shell further includes an installation opening extending downwardly to receive the insulating body. The electrical connector includes a first stop portion provided on the first mating protrusion and adapted for stopping further insertion of the first mating plug.
HIGH DENSITY COUPLING PANEL
A high density coupling panel of the present disclosure presents a compact grouping of coupler wherein each of the couplers couples a first free connector with a second free connector wherein each of the free connectors is coupled to exactly two electrical conductors. The high density coupling panel can be manufactured in a shielded (e.g., metal) or non-shielded (e.g. non-metal) form as appropriate to a specific application. In the shielded configuration, a bonding strip is used to connect all metal components (e.g., shielded free connectors, shielded couplers, and metal panel of the high density coupling panel) to ground via a shielding tab.
