A gas sensor includes a sensing element that includes an electrode pad, a metal terminal, and a separator. The metal terminal includes a lead-wire-connecting portion, a main body, a protruding piece that protrudes from a front-end side, and an elastic portion connected to an end of the protruding piece and to the electrode pad. An area S1 of a first opposed surface of a primary surface facing an insertion hole of the separator is larger than an area S2 of a second opposed surface of a secondary surface facing the insertion hole, and a part of the second opposed surface contacts an inner circumferential surface of the separator forming the insertion hole, and the first opposed surface is separated from the inner circumferential surface, where surfaces of the main body and the protruding piece that are located opposite the elastic portion are the primary surface and the secondary surface.

Modular initiator

A modular initiator assembly comprising a receptacle and connector combination adapted to shunt the electrical contacts of the initiator as a default condition and to only unshunt the electrical contacts coupled to the initiator when the receptacle and connector establish a fully seated connection.

The present invention provides a receptacle connector including: a grounding portion configured to ground a connection object; and a ground connection terminal that is configured to be switchably held in a first state in which the ground connection terminal is electrically separated from the grounding portion, or in a second state in which the ground connection terminal is electrically brought into conduction with the grounding portion. The ground connection terminal is switched between the first state and the second state in operative association with interlining of the plug connector and the fitting portion. In the first state, the grounding terminal and the grounding portion are electrically separated. In the second state, the grounding terminal and the grounding portion are electrically brought into conduction with each other through the ground connection terminal.

SHOCKPROOF ELECTRICAL SOCKET

A shockproof electrical socket is connected to a plug comprising a first latch and a second latch. The socket comprises a shell, a first elastic sheet, a second elastic sheet, a first elastic contact mechanism configured to connect the first elastic sheet and the first latch, and a second elastic contact mechanism configured to connect the second elastic sheet and the second latch. The first elastic contact mechanism comprises a first insulation block connected to the shell through a first elastic piece. The first elastic sheet is connected to the shell through a second elastic piece. The second elastic contact mechanism comprises a second insulation block connected to the shell through a third elastic piece. The second elastic sheet is connected to the shell through a fourth elastic piece.

Anti-electric shock structure and socket

The present disclosure provides an anti-electric shock structure and a socket. In a non-conductive state, the two conductive pieces are respectively arranged in front of the elastic piece parts of the two conductive contact pieces at intervals. A first socket is formed in the jack part. When a plug is plugged into the first socket, one plug blade of the plug extrudes the sliding mechanism to push the two elastic piece parts, so that the two elastic piece parts can touch the conductive pieces. When a non-plug conductive object is inserted into the first socket, the conductive contact pieces cannot conduct electricity because the conductive object cannot push the sliding mechanism to the position where the elastic piece parts are in contact with the conductive pieces, so that the anti-electric shock structure has a good anti-electric shock function.

CARD SOCKET FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICE

The present disclosure relates to a card socket for an electronic device and, more particularly, to a card socket for an electronic device having an improved card insertion confirmation structure, wherein the structure of a card insertion confirmation terminal, which senses full insertion of a card or a tray into a card socket, is changed so as to improve stability of insertion of the card or the tray.

Mechanical bypass light unit

A light unit includes a bulb having a light source with lead wires and a separator, a switch member that includes a support member and a pair of spring terminals, and a socket having two or more conductive terminals and adapted to receive the bulb and the switch member. The switch member is adapted to cause the pair of spring terminals to contact one another to form an electrical short circuit across the pair of conductive terminals and the light source when the bulb is completely or partially removed from the socket. The lead wires form an electrical connection across the conductive terminals and the separator breaks contact between the pair of spring terminals when the bulb is seated in the socket.
