CONTACTING DEVICE FOR CONTACTING AN ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR TO AN ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR PATH
A contacting device for contacting an electrical conductor to an electrical conductor track includes a housing having openings for inserting the conductor and the conductor track into a cavity. A contact clip is in the cavity, and is a single element that includes a first portion having an end to press the conductor onto the conductor track, and a second portion from which a protrusion protrudes. The contact clip is bent in the cavity so that the first portion is under bending stress and the end of the first portion is pressed against the protrusion. The second portion is arranged in the housing such that it and the protrusion are displaced when a force acts on the second portion, as a result of which the end of the first portion is released from abutting the protrusion and is pressed against the conductor to hold the conductor on the conductor track.
Spring-loaded terminal for conductor
A spring-loaded terminal is designed as a direct plug-in terminal for connecting a conductor. The terminal includes a busbar for contacting the conductor, a clamping spring for retaining the electrical conductor in the terminal, and a retaining spring for latching the clamping spring in an open position so that the conductor can be inserted into a contact area. The clamping spring has a pivotable clamping leg and a clamping edge. The retaining spring has a pivotable pivoting leg having at least one retaining device as a first latching device. The clamping leg has a corresponding latching device cooperating with the retaining device of the pivoting leg in a latching state of the clamping leg. The clamping leg is adjustable from the latching state by displacing the electrical conductor into a clamping state in which the clamping leg is unlatched from the retaining device and presses the electrical conductor with the clamping edge of the clamping leg against the busbar. The latching device of the clamping leg is spaced from the clamping edge of the clamping leg.
Connection arrangement, connection clamp and electronic device
A connection arrangement for connecting an electrical conductor includes: a busbar; a clamping spring including a clamping leg which transferrable into a clamping position and into a release position; a conductor connection space formed between a section of the busbar and the clamping leg of the clamping spring; a displaceably-arranged guide element, which is in operative connection with the clamping leg of the clamping spring, the clamping leg being holdable in the release position by the guide element; and a release element which, in the release position of the clamping leg of the clamping spring, is in engagement with the guide element. The release element, during insertion of the electrical conductor to be connected into the conductor connection space, is actuatable by the insertion such that the release element comes out of engagement with the guide element. The guide element is displaceable by a spring force of the clamping leg.
TERMINAL AND ELECTRIC WIRE WITH TERMINAL
A terminal includes: a cylindrical box portion into which a mating terminal is inserted; and a spring portion which extends in a longitudinal direction from a front end portion to a rear end portion of a box portion and deforms in a deflection direction away from the mating terminal when the mating terminal inserted into the box portion comes into contact with the spring portion. The spring portion has a pair of projections projecting outward in a width direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction from a free end portion of the spring portion on a rear end side. The box portion has a hole which is formed in a pair of side walls constituting the box portion. The hole is formed into an arc shape along a locus where the projection moves when the spring portion with which the mating terminal comes into contact deforms in the deflection direction.
Connector mounting member
Provided is a connector mounting member that can be fixed to a vehicle body so as to generate no abnormal sound and that can stably hold various kinds of connectors. The connector mounting member includes a holding portion configured to hold a connector attached to an end of a long wire portion; and a mounting portion configured to mount the connector mounting member to a predetermined counterpart component. The holding portion includes a frame, opposing elastic portions that press-hold the connector therebetween, and opposing positioning portions that press-hold therebetween the wire portion extending from the connector on at least one opening side of the frame and that are less easily deformed than the opposing elastic portions.
Lead-through terminal and electrical component
A lead-through terminal for connecting a conductor so as to conduct electricity includes: a terminal housing having a bearing portion that abuts a wall of an electrical installation when in an installed state, the bearing portion defining on the terminal housing a first housing portion on a first side and a second housing portion on a second side of the bearing portion, a wall feedthrough being provided on the bearing portion; and a pivotable actuation device being provided on the terminal housing to clamp the conductor in a contact position on a current bar and to release the conductor when in an open position. The actuation device is located on the first side to a greater extent when in the contact position than when in the open position, in which the actuation device extends through the wall feedthrough onto the second side at least in part.
Electric connection terminal
A connection terminal for connecting at least one conductor to a current bar, which is accommodated on a mount, in an electrically contacting manner, includes at least one clamping spring for applying a clamping force, the at least one clamping spring including a pivotable clamping lever for clamping the conductor. The clamping spring has a first leg and at least a second leg, is hingedly coupled to the clamping lever by the first leg, and is hingedly coupled to an auxiliary lever by the second leg, the clamping lever and the auxiliary lever being arranged pivotally on the mount.
CONDUCTOR CONNECTION TERMINAL
A conductor connection terminal with a conductor insertion channel is disclosed, which includes an insulating housing, a busbar, a clamping spring, and an actuating unit. The clamping spring has a contact leg, a spring bend, and a clamping leg. The clamping leg, together with the busbar, forms a clamping point for an electrical conductor insertable into the conductor insertion channel. The clamping leg is movable between an open position and a closed position for the purpose of opening and closing the clamping point. The actuating unit is designed to move the clamping leg into the open position. The clamping point is formed, in particular, by a clamping edge on the clamping leg, which is generally situated on the free end of the clamping leg.
TERMINAL BLOCK WITH HANDLE
A terminal block includes a base having an accommodation space, an installation opening, an insertion port and a penetration port. A pivot portion is formed adjacent to the installation opening. An elastic piece includes a bending section, a movable elastic arm, and a resisting arm. The movable elastic arm and the resisting arm extend respectively from two sides of the bending section, and the bending section surrounds the pivot portion. A conductive terminal includes a conductive section and a conducting lead. The conductive section contacts the resisting arm, and the conducting lead is disposed corresponding to the penetration port. A handle is combined in the installation opening, pivotally connected to the pivot portion, and exposed from one side of the insertion port.
