The conductor insertion guide channel and the contact pin insertion guide channel being oriented so as to run at an angle to each other. A cover housing part is arranged on the main housing part such that the conductor insertion guide channel runs in parallel to a mounting direction of the contact insert and the contact pin insertion guide channel perpendicularly thereto. The mounting direction of the contact insert being predefined by a mounting opening of the main housing part which may be closed with the cover housing part.

CONDUCTOR TERMINAL

A conductor terminal, including a spring-force clamping connection for clamping an electrical conductor via spring force. The spring-force clamping connection having a clamping spring, which includes a clamping leg for clamping the electrical conductor on a clamping surface, a spring bend, and a contact leg for fastening and supporting the clamping spring against a clamping force applied by the clamping leg to the electrical conductor. The clamping leg being connected to the contact leg via the spring bend, and the contact leg being fixed to a holder. An actuating area deflects the clamping leg by manually actuating the actuating area. The clamping leg extending from the spring bend to a free end of the clamping spring in a longitudinal direction, and the actuating area being arranged eccentrically to the clamping leg in a width direction of the clamping leg which is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.

COVER FOR SPRING-LOADED CLAMP

A cover element for covering a spring-loaded clamping device which can be connected to a printed circuit board. A connecting section connects the cover element with a connecting section of the spring-loaded clamping device and a cover portion covers a conductor mount of the spring-loaded clamping device. The cover portion has an opening channel for form-fitting and/or force-fit mounting of a connecting strand, through which a conductor of the connecting strand can be guided and inserted into the conductor mount of the spring-loaded clamping device. A clamping system and a method for manufacturing the cover element are also provided.

Connection apparatus for conductors

A connection device for conductors has at least one double conductor connection for connecting two conductors. The conductor connections are formed as direct plug connections each having a metal clamping cage formed of a highly conductive material such as sheet metal. A clamping spring is mounted on each clamping cage. Each clamping cage serves as a spring support for a clamping spring and as a contact element for each conductor.
