Test plug block and test terminal block
A test plug block (1) for plugging onto a series terminal block (2), comprising a plurality of test plugs (4) connected to one another and two fastening parts (5), which are arranged on both sides of the plurality of test plugs (4) and are connected to one another by means of a grip piece (6), the fastening parts (5) each having a housing (7) and an insertion portion (8), which can be inserted into a receiving portion (9), the receiving portion (9) being formed in the clamp housing (10) of a fastening clamp (11) of the series terminal block (2).
Terminal strip and terminal strip block
A terminal strip for latching onto a mounting rail includes a terminal housing that has a first connection side and a second connection side and a busbar arranged in the terminal housing. At least two conductor connection elements are arranged in the terminal housing. The conductor connection elements each connect at least one conductor to the busbar. Each conductor connection element has a first function shaft having at least one plug-in connection receiving region and at least a second function shaft having at least one screw-connection receiving region arranged on each of the two connection sides of the terminal housing. One connection region is formed for each plug-connection receiving region and for each screw-connection receiving region in the busbar. The function shafts of one connection side are arranged in a manner spaced apart from one another.
Disconnect splice block and modular surge device
An electrical coupling device, such as a surge protector for a rail or other conductive structure, includes a pair of terminals, and a jumper for selectively electrically coupling and decoupling the terminals. Movement of the jumper may expose part of the jumper or one or both of the terminals, such as for use as a test point. A surge module with one or more surge protection features may fit into a base that includes the terminal and the jumper. The module may have an interface feature, such as a protruding post, that prevents engagement with the base if the base is not properly engaged with the rail or other structure. In one embodiment, a threaded rod may serve as the jumper and in one position electrically couples the terminals and in another position electrically decouples the terminals and one end of the threaded rod becomes exposed for use as a test point.
ELECTRICAL TERMINAL BLOCK
An electrical terminal block with simplified switching operations, which can be produced in a cost-effective and time-saving manner.
Four-post terminal block and accessories for nonconductive plane application
A terminal block for use with a railroad terminal board may include a terminal block body comprising first and second sides, a plurality of first connection posts extending from the first side of the body, and a second connection post extending from the second side of the body. The second connection post may be connected to one of the plurality of first connection posts. The second connection post may be configured to mount the terminal block to the railroad terminal board. The terminal block body may include a single hole extending through the first and second sides and configured to accept a mounting screw for mounting the terminal block to the railroad terminal board.
PLUGGABLE CONNECTING DEVICE FOR CONTACTORS AND A CONTACTOR
The present disclosure provides a pluggable connecting device for a contactor and a contactor, the contactor including a housing, a coil framework located inside the housing, the coil framework provided with a first and a second connecting sheet, and an electromagnetic coil wound on the coil framework, two ends of the electromagnetic coil electrically connected to the first and second connecting sheets. The pluggable connecting device includes an insulated connecting member, and a first and second conductive elements which are fixedly connected with the insulated connecting member. The first conductive element is provided with an insertion end and a wiring end which are arranged oppositely, the second conductive element is provided with an insertion end and a wiring end which are arranged oppositely, and the insertion ends of the first and second conductive elements are configured for connection with the first and second connecting sheets respectively in a pluggable manner.
Terminal block cover with guided probe access
A cover for a terminal block a cover for a terminal block includes a cover plate that may be disposed over a number of terminals of the terminal block. The cover plate includes a first surface, a second surface configured to face the terminals, and a number of access holes extending between the first surface and the second surface. Each of the access holes enables access to a respective terminal through the cover plate. The cover plate also includes a number of probe guides extending from the second surface of the cover plate toward respective access holes. Each probe guide includes a channel that guides a probe to an operating position that enables the probe to analyze the respective terminal.
Terminal and disconnection link
A terminal unit has a terminal unit body, a first terminal connector located adjacent a first opening in the terminal unit body for connection of a first conductor passing through the first opening, and a second terminal connector located adjacent a second opening in the terminal unit body for connection of a second conductor passing through the second opening. The first terminal connector conductor terminates internally of the terminal unit at a first link connection point, and the second terminal connector conductor terminates internally of the terminal unit at a second link connection point. The first and second link connection points are accessible via a link opening in the terminal unit body and a removable link comprising a link conductor and a link handle is removably insertable into the link opening. With the removable link inserted a normal orientation, the link conductor electrically connects the first link connection point and the second link connection point to electrically connect the first terminal connector to the second terminal connector. The link handle comprises an insulator which projects from the opening when the link conductor is inserted in normal orientation to electrically connect the first link connection point and the second link connection point, such that the link handle enables gripping of the link for removal without touching the link conductor.
