A connecting element for mounting an electrical circuit board to an electrical flat conductor, in particular a busbar, has a flat or substantially flat mounting surface for applying and mounting the connecting element to the circuit board, and a tulip contact for receiving the flat conductor in an electrically contacting manner. The tulip contact includes at least one clamping element and a support element, between which a receptacle for the flat conductor is provided, and wherein the tulip contact preferably extends at a mounting angle greater than 45° and less than 135° with respect to the mounting surface. An electrical circuit board having such a contact element, a terminal block having such an electrical circuit board, and a method for automated mounting of such a terminal block are also provided.

Lockable connection module

A connection module for mounting on a busbar module or several busbar modules extending in a longitudinal direction includes: a housing, a rear side of which is mounted or mountable on the busbar module or busbar modules; a crossbar, movable on a first longitudinal side of the rear side of the housing transversely to the longitudinal direction, so as to provide a positive-locking connection of the connection module to the busbar module or the busbar modules in a mounted position of the connection module; and a latching profile on a second longitudinal side, opposite the first longitudinal side, of the rear side of the housing, the latching profile providing a positive-locking connection of the connection module to the busbar module or the busbar modules in the mounted position.

The terminal block includes a housing disposed so as to penetrate the partition wall, a bus bar inserted into the housing, a seal member attached to the housing so as to seal a gap between the bus bar and the housing, and a holder assembled to the housing outside the partition wall with respect to the seal member so as to prevent the seal member from coming off. The bus bar extends across the inside and outside of the partition wall through a first through hole of the housing, a seal hole of the seal member, and a second through hole of the holder. Durability of a material constituting the housing to the liquid is better than durability of a material constituting the holder to the liquid.

A terminal strip for latching onto a mounting rail includes a terminal housing that has a first connection side and a second connection side and a busbar arranged in the terminal housing. Each conductor connection element has a first function shaft having at least one plug-in connection receiving region and at least a second function shaft having at least one screw-connection receiving region arranged on each of the two connection sides of the terminal housing. One connection region is formed for each plug-connection receiving region and for each screw-connection receiving region in the busbar. The function shafts of one connection side are arranged in a manner spaced apart from one another.

A conductor rail module for distributing and a corresponding connection module for tapping a direct current distributed along a mounting rail is described. The connection module comprises a housing whose electrically insulating rear section is connected or connectable to the mounting rail in a form-fit manner. A front section of the housing has a plurality of electrically insulating transverse struts extending transversely to a longitudinal direction of the conductor rail module. Furthermore, the conductor rail module comprises at least two conductor rails extending in the longitudinal direction in the housing between the rear section and the front section, which conductor rails are configured to contact the connection modules for distributing the direct current through a gap between the transverse struts when the connection modules are in a position mounted on the conductor rail module.
