Power connector system
A power connector system includes a busbar having a conductive plate. The conductive plate has first side and a second side. The conductive plate has a thickness profile between the first side and the second side. The conductive plate has a busbar opening therethrough between the first side and the second side. The power connector system includes a busbar connector received in the busbar opening of the conductive plate. The busbar connector includes a busbar housing and a busbar contact received in a socket of the busbar housing. The busbar housing is electrically conductive and electrically connected to the conductive plate in the busbar opening. The busbar contact is electrically conductive and electrically connected to the busbar housing in the socket. The busbar contact has a mating interface configured to mechanically and electrically connect to an electrical component plugged into the socket. The busbar housing and the busbar contact are both contained within the thickness profile of the conductive plate.
Electrical system for bus bar coupling
A system that may include a rigid bus bar body portion having one or more first conductive pathways, and a flexible bus bar body portion extending from the rigid bus bar body portion and having a lower modulus of elasticity than the rigid bus bar body portion, the flexible bus bar body portion including one or more second conductive pathways. The one or more first conductive pathways and the one or more second conductive pathways may be configured to be conductively coupled with a first electronic device to form a conductive connection between the first electronic device and at least a second electronic device.
Laminated busbar and arrangement comprising laminated busbars
A laminated busbar includes: a base body comprising conducting layers and insulating material to electrically insulate the conducting layers from each other. The conducting layers and the insulating material are clamped together by mechanical means and/or a profile is connected to the base body. In an embodiment, no glue or adhesive is arranged between at least one conducting layer and at least one insulating material.
BUS BAR HOLDER, BUS BAR ASSEMBLY, AND BATTERY MODULE
A bus bar holder for a battery module is provided. The bus bar holder includes: a body having a plurality of bus bar disposal area portions; and a hinge portion between the plurality of bus bar disposal area portions and configured to enable stacking of the plurality of bus bar disposal area portions.
POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
There is herein presented an electrical support system for distributing three-phase power, the system comprising a plurality of support sets interconnected by one or more hubs, each support set within the plurality of support sets comprises three conducting elements, each hub of the one or more hubs comprises a plurality of connecting point sets, each connecting point set comprising three connecting points configured to be attached to the three conducting elements of a support set, at least one conducting element within a support set is connected to a hub on at least the first end or second end by a connector, wherein the arrangement of the plurality of support sets within the system is configurable.
POWER CONNECTOR SYSTEM
A power connector system includes a busbar having a conductive plate. The conductive plate has first side and a second side. The conductive plate has a thickness profile between the first side and the second side. The conductive plate has a busbar opening therethrough between the first side and the second side. The power connector system includes a busbar connector received in the busbar opening of the conductive plate. The busbar connector includes a busbar housing and a busbar contact received in a socket of the busbar housing. The busbar housing is electrically conductive and electrically connected to the conductive plate in the busbar opening. The busbar contact is electrically conductive and electrically connected to the busbar housing in the socket. The busbar contact has a mating interface configured to mechanically and electrically connect to an electrical component plugged into the socket. The busbar housing and the busbar contact are both contained within the thickness profile of the conductive plate.
CABLE CHANNEL
A cable channel for receiving at least one cable includes a first cable housing and a second cable housing. The first cable housing includes a first connector and the second cable housing includes a first mating connector releasably connected to the first connector arranging the first and second cable housings together.

Device including a housing, at least one electrical conductor and at least one support, the electrical conductor being configured to carry an electric current, the housing defining a chamber accommodating the electrical conductor, the support being configured to attach the electrical conductor to the housing, the housing being in particular made of a metal. The support is made of a ceramic, the support making contact both with the electrical conductor and with the housing.
INSULATING BUSHING
Disclosed herein is an insulating bushing adapted to protect a busbar and having improved waterproof performance. The insulating bushing includes: a first bushing provided with a first bushing passage through which the busbar passes; a second bushing provided with a first bushing-receiving portion receiving an upper portion of the first bushing inserted through a lower portion of the first bushing-receiving portion and a second bushing passage through which the busbar passes; and a cover coupled to an outer surface of the second bushing and provided with a cover passage through which the busbar passes.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
An electrical system may include a track assembly, a support assembly, a sensor, and at least one electronic control unit. The track assembly may include a bus bar. The support assembly may include a contact configured to engage the bus bar. The support assembly may be removably and adjustably connected to the track assembly. The at least one electronic control unit may be operatively connected to the bus bar and the sensor. The at least one electronic control unit may be configured to determine whether the support assembly and the track assembly are properly connected to one another.
