The DC electric motor has a stator which comprises a permanent magnet with a number p of pole pairs, and has a rotor which can rotate in relation to the stator and has a hollow-cylindrical iron-free winding with a geometric axis and a number Q of sub-coils, and a collector with a number K of collector segments, wherein the sub-coils are arranged distributed over the periphery of the rotor. The brush-commutated DC electric motor furthermore has at least one pair of brushes which are in contact with the collector and by means of which the sub-coils are energized. The arrangement of the brushes and the interconnection of the sub-coils are selected in such a way that in each case a number n≥2 of sub-coils, which are each arranged offset by 360°/n in a rotationally symmetrical manner with respect to the axis of the rotor, are always supplied with the same current at the same time.

A tang includes a main chamber, a first coolant opening, a second coolant opening, and a distribution channel that fluidly interconnects the main chamber, the first coolant opening, and the second coolant opening. A first lead tube has a first lead end connected to the first coolant opening and a second lead end connected to the first segment, and a second lead tube separate from the first lead tube has a first lead end connected to the second coolant opening and a second lead end connected to the second segment. The plurality of stator bars, the parallel ring, the tang, the first lead tube, and the second lead tube cooperate to define a portion of a circuit and a portion of a cooling path.

Diametrically opposed commutator bars are respectively connected to a contact bridge. A rotor winding includes a plurality of coils wound on the rotor teeth. Each coil has first and second coil ends and the first and second coil ends of each coil are connected directly to commutator bars that are not adjacent to each other. A method for manufacturing a rotor and an electric motor, are also provided.

The present invention provides a motor generator, and the motor generator comprises a permeability structure, a bearing, a hollow rotating shaft, a ringed clip and a rotatable guiding structure. The permeability structure comprises a primary permeability unit and a secondary permeability unit wherein the second permeability unit is stacked with the first permeability unit along an axial air-gap to form a symmetrical structure having a hollow shaft. The bearing is disposed inside the hollow shaft of the permeability structure. The hollow rotating shaft is passed through the hollow shaft of the permeability structure and disposed at another side of the bearing with respect to the permeability structure. The ringed clip is used for fixing the bearing and the hollow rotating shaft. The rotatable guiding structure is disposed inside the hollow rotating shaft for providing power source and transmitting signals.
