Actuator device
An actuator device includes a support part, a first movable part, a second movable part, a first connecting part connecting the first movable part to the second movable part, a second connecting part connecting the second movable part to the support part, a spiral coil provided to the second movable part, a first external terminal provided to the support part, and a first wiring connected to an inner end portion of the coil and the first external terminal. The first wiring includes a lead wiring connected to the first external terminal, and a straddle wiring provided to the second movable part so as to straddle the coil and connected to the inner end of the coil and the lead wiring. The width of the straddle wiring is larger than the width of the coil, and the thickness of the straddle wiring is smaller than the thickness of the coil.
Actuator device
An actuator device includes a support part, a first movable part, a second movable part, a first connecting part connecting the first movable part to the second movable part, a second connecting part connecting the second movable part to the support part, a spiral coil provided to the second movable part, a first external terminal provided to the support part, and a first wiring connected to an inner end portion of the coil and the first external terminal. The first wiring includes a lead wiring connected to the first external terminal, and a straddle wiring provided to the second movable part so as to straddle the coil and connected to the inner end of the coil and the lead wiring. The width of the straddle wiring is larger than the width of the coil, and the thickness of the straddle wiring is smaller than the thickness of the coil.
WORKING TOOL
A tool for working a substrate, the tool having a stator and a working piston, which is intended to move relative to the stator along a working axis and toward the substrate or to hit a fastening element in order to drive the fastening element into the substrate, also having a drive, which is intended to drive the working piston along the working axis onto the substrate, the drive having a capacitor and a piston coil arranged on the working piston, the piston coil being electrically connectable to the capacitor in order during rapid discharge of the capacitor to have a current flowing through it and to generate a magnetic field which accelerates the working piston relative to the stator, the drive having a diode which is arranged on the working piston and is electrically connected to the piston coil.
WORKING TOOL

VIBRATING ACTUATOR
A vibration actuator having a plate-shaped body made from a magnetic material that has a planar supporting face; a movable element that vibrates in the axial direction along the supporting face, in direct contact, or partial contact through contacts, with a plurality of locations of the supporting face; an elastic member for elastically repelling the vibration of the movable element; and a coil, wherein a winding part is secured to the plate-shaped body, and is perpendicular, in relation to the axial direction, to a gap between the movable element and the plate-shaped body; wherein the movable element has a magnetic flux, which passes through the winding part of the coil, formed between the movable element and the plate-shaped body, and is provided with a magnet for magnetically attracting the movable element toward the supporting face side.
VIBRATING ACTUATOR
A vibration actuator having a plate-shaped body made from a magnetic material that has a planar supporting face; a movable element that vibrates in the axial direction along the supporting face, in direct contact, or partial contact through contacts, with a plurality of locations of the supporting face; an elastic member for elastically repelling the vibration of the movable element; and a coil, wherein a winding part is secured to the plate-shaped body, and is perpendicular, in relation to the axial direction, to a gap between the movable element and the plate-shaped body; wherein the movable element has a magnetic flux, which passes through the winding part of the coil, formed between the movable element and the plate-shaped body, and is provided with a magnet for magnetically attracting the movable element toward the supporting face side.

A vibration actuator includes a bracket coupled to a case to form an inner space; a stator having a circuit board coupled to an upper surface of the bracket, a coil connected to the circuit board, and a yoke provided in the coil; a vibrator having a permanent magnet disposed at an outer side of the coil and a weight coupled to an outer circumference of the permanent magnet; an elastic member configured to connect the stator and the vibrator and elastically support the vibrator; and a non-magnetic damper provided between the weight and the elastic member.

A vibration actuator includes a bracket coupled to a case to form an inner space; a stator having a circuit board coupled to an upper surface of the bracket, a coil connected to the circuit board, and a yoke provided in the coil; a vibrator having a permanent magnet disposed at an outer side of the coil and a weight coupled to an outer circumference of the permanent magnet; an elastic member configured to connect the stator and the vibrator and elastically support the vibrator; and a non-magnetic damper provided between the weight and the elastic member.
VIBRATION GENERATING DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
In accordance with one aspect of the present disclosure, a vibration generating device includes a protruding part; a base provided with the protruding part and formed of a magnetic body; an annular coil surrounding the protruding part; a plate facing the base and formed of a magnetic body; and an elastic member supporting the plate with respect to the base. The plate and the base constitute magnetic circuit.

In accordance with one aspect of the present disclosure, a vibration generating device includes a protruding part; a base provided with the protruding part and formed of a magnetic body; an annular coil surrounding the protruding part; a plate facing the base and formed of a magnetic body; and an elastic member supporting the plate with respect to the base. The plate and the base constitute magnetic circuit.
