A motor includes a rotor, a stator, and a case in which the rotor and the stator are stored. The rotor is electrically insulated from the case. Further, the stator may be also insulated from the case.
Electric Motor and Blade Assembly for a Lawn Mower
A configuration of a direct drive lawnmower spindle assembly to protect sensitive electric motor components is provided. A spindle shaft of the spindle assembly is supported by upper and lower bearings. An upper end of the spindle shaft is mounted to a rotor of the electric motor and a lower end of the spindle shaft extends through the clearance opening. The lower bearing is supported by a lower bearing carrier that is mounted to the bottom of the spindle housing. The lower bearing can be serviced by removing the lower bearing carrier. A clearance gap between the spindle shaft and the clearance opening is sufficiently small to limit spindle shaft tipping to a degree that will not damage the motor. The invention also provides a friction coupling system for coupling a blade with the rotating spindle shaft.
Housing for an electric machine with a cooling device
A housing for an electric machine includes a cooling device arranged on the periphery of a support plate, the cooling device contacts a heat-conducting ring connected to the housing, and the support plate as well as components arranged thereon have vibration damping and an electric insulation to provide advantageous structural conditions such that an advantageous cooling effect is achieved, and regions within the cooling device can be provided for fitting elements of the support plate.
Serviceable bearing assembly
A rolling assembly having a rolling bearing provided with a first ring and with a second ring capable of rotating concentrically relative to one another, and with a plurality of rolling elements disposed between the first and second rings. The assembly further includes a bearing mounting and dismounting device having a supporting shaft to which the first ring of the rolling bearing is mounted, and a sleeve slidably mounted on the supporting shaft between a remote position from the rolling bearing and a close position in which the sleeve is in axial contact with the second ring of the rolling bearing.
Electromechanical actuator with integrated force sensor
An electromechanical cylinder contains a casing, an actuating rod mounted so as to be able to move longitudinally relative to the casing, an electric motor provided with a rotating rotor shaft, a mechanism for transforming a rotational movement of the rotor shaft of the electric motor into a linear translational movement of the actuating rod, and at least one bearing for guiding the rotor shaft of the electric motor in rotation relative to the casing and for supporting the rotor shaft. The cylinder further contains a sleeve that is fastened to the casing and inside which is mounted the bearing, and at least one load sensor that is mounted on the sleeve while being offset axially relative to the bearing.
Bearing cartridge motor
To prove a motor capable of suppressing labor and costs even when the motor may be subjected to a large impact be used for a floating mobile body such as a drone. The motor (1) includes a shaft (41), a cartridge (4) including a plurality of bearings (42) that support the shaft (41), and a sleeve (43) that surrounds the bearings (42), and a housing (5) including a bottom portion (51) for receiving an impact from outside and an attaching portion (54) provided in the bottom portion (51). The bottom portion (51) of the housing (5) extends in a direction intersecting with respect to a longitudinal direction of the shaft (41), and the cartridge (4) is removably attached to the attaching portion (54).
ELECTRIC MOTOR PROVIDED WITH A COOLING CIRCUIT
An electric motor includes a rotor mounted on a shaft, a stator arranged around the rotor, and front and rear bearings connected to each other by an attachment component. The front and rear bearings form an internal cavity housing the rotor and the stator, characterized in that the electric motor further includes a bell-shaped thermal insulation cover completely covering the rear bearing and a portion of the front bearing, extending axially from an end face of the front bearing, the thermal insulation cover forming, with the front bearing, at least one inner fluid circulation channel inside which a coolant flows.
ACTUATOR FOR GENERATING VIBRATION
An actuator for generating vibration, including a shaft; a middle supporter having a fitting portion fitted into an upper portion of the shaft and a support portion below the fitting portion to form a first space where a lower portion of the shaft is exposed; a circuit board having a driving coil and a hollow formed through the middle supporter; a housing having an inner space that accommodates the middle supporter and the circuit board so the circuit board is fixed thereto; a first yoke plate having a first magnet installed to face an upper surface of the driving coil and coupled to an upper portion of the middle supporter; a second yoke plate having a second magnet installed to face a lower surface of the driving coil and coupled to a lower portion of the middle supporter; and a weight installed to at least one of the yoke plates.
Integrated magnetic shield and bearing holder
An integrated magnetic shield and bearing holder useable with electric motors includes a shaft portion and a cover portion extending radially outward from the shaft portion. The shaft portion includes an inner wall defining a channel and a ledge extending radially inward from the inner wall. The cover portion includes a first layer, a second layer extending substantially parallel to the first layer, a magnetic shield extending between the first layer and the second layer, and an outer wall extending from the first layer and/or the second layer such that a space is defined between the outer wall and the shaft portion. The cover portion includes one or more retainers coupled to the magnetic shield to restrict movement of the magnetic shield relative to the first layer and/or the second layer.
ROTARY ACTUATOR
A rotary actuator includes a motor, a speed reducer configured to output after reducing a rotation of a rotary shaft of the motor, and a housing accommodating the motor and the speed reducer. The rotary actuator includes a bearing having an inner ring fixed to the rotary shaft and rotatably supporting the rotary shaft, and a cylindrical outer ring fixing portion integrally provided on the housing so as to fix an outer ring of the bearing. A front housing has a jig insertion hole into which an inner ring receiving jig can be inserted, and the jig insertion hole has an opening that overlaps with at least a part of one end surface of the inner ring in view from an axial direction.
