A control device of an automatic drive vehicle includes: an information acquisition unit that acquires power generator information as information on a power generator provided in the automatic drive vehicle; an operation control unit that switches between a first state in which automatic driving of the automatic drive vehicle is executed without restriction and a second state in which the automatic driving is partially or entirely restricted; and a determination unit that determines whether to perform switching to the second state by the operation control unit.
MOTOR CONTROL SYSTEM AND MOTOR CONTROL DEVICE
An electric motor control system includes a master control module, a drive module, and a monitoring module. The master control module is configured to output a low-voltage drive signal to the drive module, the drive module converts the low-voltage drive signal into a high-voltage drive signal and outputs the high-voltage drive signal to a power unit, and the power unit outputs, according to the high-voltage drive signal, a power supply drive signal provided by a high-voltage battery. The monitoring module is electrically connected with the master control module and the drive module, and is configured to acquire the low-voltage drive signal, and output a fault signal to the master control module when the low-voltage drive signal is abnormal, to control the master control module to stop outputting the low-voltage drive signal.
Aircraft monitoring system and method for electric or hybrid aircrafts
This disclosure describes at least embodiments of an aircraft monitoring system for an electric or hybrid airplane. The aircraft monitoring system can be constructed to enable the electric or hybrid aircraft to pass certification requirements relating to a safety risk analysis. The aircraft monitoring system can have different subsystems for monitoring and alerting of failures of a component, such as a battery pack, a motor controller, and/or a motors. The failures that pose a greater safety risk may be monitored and indicated by one or more subsystems without use of programmable components.
Method and device for maintaining a detected absolute position of an electric motor operating as an actuator during a critical operation
A method for maintaining a detected absolute position of an electric motor operating as an actuator during a critical operation involves the electric motor (2) being controlled by a controller (1) which is supplied with energy from an energy source. In the method, with which an absolute value sensor can be omitted, the absolute position of the electric motor (2) is measured during the operation thereof, wherein rotations of the electric motor (2) are detected. The rotations are counted, and a count value is output to a microprocessor (3) of the controller (1) in order to actuate the electric motor (2), and in the event of a critical operation, the currently detected count value is maintained by means of an independent voltage supply (7).
Device and method to reduce clutch engagement speed
A safety device includes a safety module and a safety control module in order to reduce a speed of an unwanted clutch engagement when a malfunction of a motor for a clutch control actuator occurs, such as by the power supply for the motor being interrupted, so that a driver can have more time to react in such situation.
MOTOR UNIT
A motor unit comprises a power supply, a diode, a capacitor, and a motor controller, where the motor controller comprises a switch unit and a control unit. The switch circuit includes a first upper-side switch, a first lower-side switch, a second upper-side switch, and a second lower-side switch. The control unit is configured to turn on the first upper-side switch and the second lower-side switch and turn off the first lower-side switch and the second upper-side switch. When an input voltage is less than a first reference voltage, the control unit is configured to turn off the first upper-side switch and the second lower-side switch. The motor controller may be configured to avoid an overvoltage problem.
