Wireless charger and control method
This application provides a wireless charger and a control method. The wireless charger includes a class-E power amplifier and a tunable impedance circuit that is connected to an output end of the class-E power amplifier. The class-E power amplifier includes a switching transistor and a tunable capacitance circuit that is parallelly connected to the switching transistor. The wireless charger further includes a control unit, configured to obtain a constraint condition of the class-E power amplifier; determine N1 target equivalent load impedances of the class-E power amplifier based on the constraint condition; and adjust a capacitance value of the tunable capacitance circuit in the class-E power amplifier, and adjust an impedance value of the tunable impedance circuit, to enable an equivalent load impedance of the class-E power amplifier to match one of the N1 target equivalent load impedances.
Doherty amplifier device
An amplifier device includes a substrate, a composite packaged amplifier having a bottom plate and an output plate, a first amplifier and a second amplifier provided on the bottom plate, a combining node that combines an output of the first amplifier with an output of the second amplifier, an output matching circuits provided on the bottom plate, that has a first transmission line provided between the first amplifier and the combining node, and a second transmission line provided between the combining node and the second amplifier, a third transmission line having one transmission line on which the output plate is mounted and other transmission line that connects the one transmission line to the external port, and wirings connecting to one terminal of the output plate and the combining node. A length of the output plate and the other transmission line is equal or less than π/4 radian for a signal.
Harmonic power amplifying circuit with high efficiency and high bandwidth and radio-frequency power amplifier
Embodiments of the present disclosure include a harmonic power amplifying circuit with high efficiency and high bandwidth and a radio-frequency power amplifier. The circuit comprises an input matching network (11), a transistor (M), and an output matching network (12); a gate of the transistor (M) connected to an output end of the input matching network (11), a drain thereof connected to an input end of the output matching network (12), and a source thereof being grounded; wherein the output matching network (12) enables a lower sideband of the harmonic power amplifying circuit to work in a continuous inverse F amplification mode and an upper sideband of the harmonic power amplifying circuit to work in a continuous F amplification mode; wherein the output matching network (12) and a parasitic network of the transistor (M) form a low pass filter. By transitioning from the continuous inverse F power amplifier working mode to the continuous F power amplifier working mode, the efficiency of a continuous harmonic control power amplifier is effectively improved to be higher than 60%, a relative bandwidth is improved to be higher than 80%, and the harmonic impedance is simple to match and easy to realize.
DOHERTY AMPLIFIER
A Doherty amplifier includes: a first amplifying element to amplify a first signal; a second amplifying element to amplify a second signal having a phase difference with the first signal; a first transmission line connected to an output terminal of the first amplifying element; and a second transmission line connected to an output terminal of the second amplifying element, wherein the first transmission line and the second transmission line are equal to each other in characteristic impedance, the phase difference between the first signal and the second signal is not equal to a difference in electrical length between the second transmission line and the first transmission line, and the first signal having passed through the first transmission line and the second signal having passed through the second transmission line are subjected to different phase synthesis.
Apparatus Comprising a Transmission Line for Radio Frequency Signals
Apparatus including a first transmission line for transmitting radio frequency, RF, signals and at least one RF device including at least one active semiconductor device for processing RF signals, wherein said at least one RF device is coupled to said first transmission line, and wherein said first transmission line includes an electro-chromic, EC, material a permittivity of which can be controlled by applying a first control voltage to said first transmission line.
POWER AMPLIFIER WITH LARGE OUTPUT POWER
A power amplifier has a number n of power cells A.sub.i, a number n of output transmission lines TL.sub.1i for combining output powers from the power cells, and a number n of impedance transformation network ITN.sub.i, where i=1, . . . n. The number n of output transmission lines are connected in series. The output terminal of each power cells is connected to its output transmission line via its impedance transformation network. Each impedance transformation network is an upward impedance transformation network for transforming an output impedance of each power cell at the input terminal of the impedance transformation network into a higher impedance at the output terminal of the impedance transformation network. A number n of input transmission lines TL.sub.0i (i=1, 2 . . . n)=connected in series. The input terminal of the i-th power cell is connected to the second terminal of the i-th transmission line via a capacitor, where i=1, . . . n.
Doherty power amplifier and device
A Doherty power amplifier and a device are disclosed. In a combiner of the Doherty power amplifier, a first input port and a termination port are open coupled by at least two coupled microstrip lines and/or a second input port and an output port are open coupled by at least two coupled microstrip lines. Therefore, a balanced amplitude bandwidth may be obtained and may be much broader than that of the existing solutions, in addition, a controllable size or a potentially small size may be realized. Furthermore, the Doherty power amplifier in this disclosure may provide large 2.sup.nd harmonic suppression to meet product spectrum mask requirements.
Power amplifier circuit
A power amplifier circuit includes a first impedance transformer circuit arranged to connect with a carrier device, and a second impedance transformer circuit arranged to connect with a peaking device. Both the first and the second impedance transformer circuit include a parallel impedance transformer arrangement.
SEQUENTIAL CONTINUOUS WIDEBAND AMPLIFIERS
A power amplifier arrangement (100) for amplifying an input signal (Pin) to produce an output signal (Pout) is disclosed. The amplifier arrangement (100) comprise an input port (IN) for receiving the input signal; an output transmission line (110) having a first terminal (111) and a second terminal (112); an output port (OUT) coupled to the second terminal (112) of the output transmission line (110) for providing the output signal; and a plurality N of amplifying devices (121, 122, . . . 12N) distributed along the output transmission line (110). The power amplifier arrangement (100) is configured such that the plurality N of amplifying devices are active sequentially for amplifying the input signal with increasing amplitude of the input signal.
