An energy consumption filtering device for a new energy electric vehicle based on a SiC module is provided, related to the field of new energy vehicles. The problem to be solved in the solution is that when the filter device is installed for the existing installation device, the adaptive adjustment can not be made according to different requirements, and the practicability of the device is reduced. The embodiments include a limit device, a guide device, a support device, a mounting support plate and a new energy vehicle filter, where a lower end face of the limit device is symmetrically engaged with the support device for a limit by sliding thread, and the lower end face of the limit device is symmetrically and elastically engaged with the guide device for the limit by sliding with the guide device as an axis.

FILTER UNIT

A filter unit according to the present invention includes a substrate, capacitors mounted on the substrate, and two inductors. The inductors each include a wire and a core. The core includes two core bodies. The core bodies each have a ring shape and include a wiring hole. The capacitors are disposed between the two core bodies. An opposed section extends from the respective two core bodies to a position opposed to the capacitors C. The opposed section is opposed to all of the plurality of capacitors.

A substrate supports integrated circuit die including at least a portion of a baseband system and a front end system, an oscillator assembly, and an antenna. The oscillator assembly includes an enclosure to enclose the oscillator and conductive pillars formed at least partially within a side of the enclosure to conduct signals between the top and bottom surfaces of the oscillator assembly. Components can be vertically integrated to save space and reduce trace length. Vertical integration provides an overhang volume that can include discrete components. Radio frequency shielding and ground planes within the substrate shield the front end system and antenna from radio frequency interference. Stacked filter assemblies include passive surface mount devices to filter radio frequency signals.

An embodiment of a radio-frequency (RF) device includes at least one transistor, a package, and a surface-mountable capacitor. The package contains the at least one transistor and includes at least one termination. The surface-mountable capacitor is coupled in a shunt configuration between the at least one transistor and a power supply terminal of the device to decouple the at least one transistor from a power supply.

A packaged module for use in a wireless communication device has a substrate supporting an integrated circuit die that includes at least a microprocessor and radio frequency receiver circuitry and a stacked filter assembly configured as a filter circuit that is in communication with the radio frequency receiver circuitry. The stacked filter assembly includes a plurality of passive components, where each passive component is packaged as a surface mount device. At least one passive component is in direct communication with the substrate and at least another passive component is supported above the substrate by the at least one passive component that is in the direct communication with the substrate.
