PIEZOELECTRIC VIBRATOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
A piezoelectric vibrator having a piezoelectric vibration element that includes a piezoelectric piece and a pair of electrodes that face each other with the piezoelectric piece interposed therebetween; a holder that accommodates the piezoelectric vibration element; a resin layer covering at least one electrode of the pair of electrodes; and a water-repellent layer, which has a lower moisture permeability than the resin layer, between the electrode and the resin layer.
Quartz crystal resonator and method for manufacturing the same, and quartz crystal resonator unit and method for manufacturing the same
A method for manufacturing a quartz crystal resonator that includes a quartz crystal blank having a vibrating portion including a center of a principal surface of the quartz crystal blank when viewed in plan from a direction normal to the principal surface and a peripheral portion adjacent to the vibrating portion, a pair of excitation electrodes disposed opposite to each other with the vibrating portion interposed therebetween, a pair of electrode pads disposed on the peripheral portion, and a pair of extended electrodes each extending from the vibrating portion to the peripheral portion to electrically connect one excitation electrode to a corresponding electrode pad, where the method includes conducting a first trimming of the vibrating portion and the peripheral portion; and conducting a second trimming of part of one of the excitation electrodes on the vibrating portion.
VIBRATOR GROUP MANUFACTURING METHOD AND OSCILLATOR MANUFACTURING METHOD
A vibrator group manufacturing method includes measuring resonance frequencies of first to n-th vibrators with respect to a vibrator group including the first to n-th vibrators arranged in a matrix, n being an integer of 2 or greater, and storing attachment information of the vibrator group in a storage device, the attachment information including identification information imparted to the vibrator group, pieces of first to n-th positional information indicating positions of the first to n-th vibrators, and pieces of first to n-th characteristic information based on measurement results of the resonance frequencies of the first to n-th vibrators.
Method of manufacturing an encapsulation device
An element is arranged to cooperate with another part so as to form an encapsulation device for a component including the element at least partially coated with a metallization. The metallization includes at least one metal layer protected by an intermetallic compound which is coated by a non-diffused portion of a material whose melting point is lower than 250 C. A method of fabricating the encapsulation device is also disclosed.
