This disclosure provides a method of operating a network node in a wireless telecommunications network, wherein the wireless telecommunications network includes a first access point having a transmitter configured to transmit in a first coverage area, including receiving, from a sensor, data indicating a location of an object within the first coverage area of the first access point's transmitter; determining, from a set of access rights including excluded, differentiated restrictions and no restrictions, that the object has the differentiated restrictions access right; responsive to the determination that the object has the differentiated restrictions access right, classifying, from a set of classes including a first class and a second class, the object in the first class, wherein the first class is associated with a first restriction configuration having a first electro and/or magnetic field exposure threshold and the second class is associated with a second restriction configuration having a second electro and/or magnetic field exposure threshold; responsive to the determination that the object is classified in the first class, determining that the object shall use the first electro and/or magnetic field exposure threshold; determining that a value of electro and/or magnetic field exposure for the object exceeds the first electro and/or magnetic field exposure threshold; and causing an adjustment of the first access point so as to reduce the value of electro and/or magnetic field exposure for the object.

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may determine that a base station has scheduled the UE for one or more downlink transmissions, each of the one or more downlink transmissions having an associated repetition factor that corresponds to one of a plurality of configured repetition factors configured at the UE. The UE may identify an applied repetition factor to apply to feedback codebook generation for the one or more downlink transmissions. The UE may generate a feedback codebook for reporting feedback for the one or more downlink transmissions, the feedback codebook populated based at least in part on the applied repetition factor and on whether the one or more downlink transmissions were successfully received and decoded. The UE may transmit to the base station a feedback report that includes the feedback codebook.

Methods, systems, and devices for sounding reference signal (SRS) resource indicator (SRI) association for configured grant (CG) based transmission and reception point (TRP) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may receive first control signaling indicating a first and second sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set associated with a first and second set of power control parameter, respectively. The UE may receive second control signaling indicating a CG configuration, the first and second power control parameters for transmissions in the CG configuration. In some examples, the UE may determine a configuration status for one or more fields the first control signaling, the second control signaling, or both. The UE may select an SRS resource set based on the configuration status and may transmit one or more CG uplink transmissions with the CG configuration using the selected SRS resource set.
