Online conference system with real-time document transaction platform

A computer-implemented online conferencing transactional platform system comprising an interaction module, a video-conferencing module, and a storage device may allow multiple participants in a video-conference to access, co-browse, collaboratively edit, and sign a transactional document. An interaction module fetches an image of a transactional document and a field identifier for an interactive transactional document element to be filled out from a remotely-connected secure signature API, and displays the image of the document, along with the interactive transactional document element on a webpage interface to a moderator and a signer end user in a video-conference. The interaction module receives a filled-out transactional document in an I-frame from the secure signature API, allowing the signer end user to sign the transactional document using a secure embedded signature process.

SHARED VISUAL CONTENT FILTERING DURING VIRTUAL MEETINGS

A method for virtual meeting content sharing comprises, during a virtual meeting, receiving a request to share visual interface content including one or more visual content elements rendered by a client computing device with one or more remote participant devices. For each of the one or more visual content elements, an element feature vector is determined. Each of the one or more element feature vectors are sent to a remote meeting server. From the remote meeting server, an indication is received that a specified visual content element is flagged as potentially subject to filtering, based at least in part on a difference between (1) a meeting feature vector and (2) the element feature vector for the specified visual content exceeding a content filter threshold, the meeting feature vector quantifying a plurality of meeting context parameters of the virtual meeting.

TOUR GROUP MEMBER GATHERING DEVICE
20230043578 · 2023-02-09 ·

A tour group member gathering device includes a processing unit, an interface unit, a communication unit, and a map unit. The processing unit is connected to all units and controls all units accordingly. When the processing unit receives tour group member location information from the communication unit, the processing unit marks a current location and a tour group member location on map information generated by the map unit according to current location information and the tour group member location information. When marked event information is generated by the interface unit, the processing unit also generates a marked event location and a marked event message on the map information according to the marked event information. As the map information, the marked event information and the current location are displayed through the interface unit, a tour group member is able to effectively locate and communicate with other members of the tour group.

A method for a computer system includes receiving a first user communication, determining a first group of users, determining a target number of users, determining whether the first group of users includes the target number of users, and if not, providing the communication to the first group of users, determining a hierarchal mapping of groups of users in response to user memberships, determining a second group of users from the hierarchal mapping, determining a plurality of social network relationship factors for the second group of users with respect to the first user, and providing the communication to at least a subset of users in the second group of users in response to the first plurality of social network relationship factors.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ENABLING DIALOG AMONGST DIFFERENT PARTICIPANT GROUPS WITH EXPANDABLE MEMBERSHIP
20180013764 · 2018-01-11 · ·

An electronic communication system, such as a question-and-answer service, is provided in which a user submitting a question specifies one or more dialog network members to whom a notification of the question is provided. Authenticated responses by a member are published to the asker and other members. Responses may be made available to external users, with content contributors being either publicly identified or anonymous. If authorized, members of a dialog may add other individuals as members of the dialog, and imbue upon them special rights relative to the dialog.

MEETING COLLABORATION SYSTEMS, DEVICES, AND METHODS
20180011627 · 2018-01-11 ·

A method for conducting a communications session comprising: displaying, by a client device, a communications interface including a first canvas, a second canvas, and a content browser, wherein: the first canvas is arranged to display a media stream, the second canvas is arranged to display a sequence of content items provided by a communications system, and the content browser is arranged to display identifiers for one or more document files that are associated with the communications session; detecting a first input that selects a document file from the content browser; in response to the first input, transmitting, from the client device to the communications system, an instruction to provide a new sequence of content items that corresponds to the document file; and displaying the new sequence of content items in the second canvas, wherein each content item in the new sequence is generated by converting a different portion of the document file from a document format to another format, wherein at least one of the document files identified in the content browser is associated with the communications session before the communications session is started, and the content browser is displayed during the communications session.

AUDIOVISUAL COLLABORATION SYSTEM AND METHOD WITH SEED/JOIN MECHANIC

User interface techniques provide user vocalists with mechanisms for seeding subsequent performances by other users (e.g., joiners). A seed may be a full-length seed spanning much or all of a pre-existing audio (or audiovisual) work and mixing, to seed further contributions of one or more joiners, a user's captured media content for at least some portions of the audio (or audiovisual) work. A short seed may span less than all (and in some cases, much less than all) of the audio (or audiovisual) work. For example, a verse, chorus, refrain, hook or other limited “chunk” of an audio (or audiovisual) work may constitute a seed. A seeding user's call invites other users to join the full-length or short-form seed by singing along, singing a particular vocal part or musical section, singing harmony or other duet part, rapping, talking, clapping, recording video, adding a video clip from camera roll, etc. The resulting group performance, whether full-length or just a chunk, may be posted, livestreamed, or otherwise disseminated in a social network.

INFORMATION SWITCHING AND SHARING METHOD, DEVICE, ELECTRONIC APPARATUS, AND STORAGE MEDIUM

An information switching and sharing method, a device, an electronic apparatus, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes: upon detecting a trigger operation of a link to a second page in a first page currently being shared, redirecting to the second page, wherein the first page is currently being displayed and sent to a client terminal of a recipient user, such that the client terminal of the recipient user displays the first page; and sharing the second page to the client terminal of the recipient user in a follow mode, such that the client terminal of the recipient user in the follow mode mirrors a display of the second page, wherein the follow mode follows a display of a current display page on a client terminal of a host sharing user.

Autonomous screenshare of dynamic magnification view without primary collaboration interruption

Sharing a perspective view with users in a web conference by identifying each user participating in a web conference, determining a role of at least two users participating in the web conference, determining a first user provides screen content to the web conference, wherein the provided screen content of the first user corresponds to a first view of the first user, generating a second perspective view of the provided screen content of the first user for a second user, and providing the second view of the provided screen content to the second user.
