System and method for predicting intelligent voice assistant content
A method including receiving an incoming call from a calling device of a caller and determining identification information for the calling device. The method also includes receiving voice audio data of the caller from the calling device, converting the voice audio data to caller phones, and identifying a customer account associated with the identification information. The method further includes obtaining user phones for multiple candidate users associated with the identified customer account, comparing the caller phones to the user phones for the multiple candidate users, and determining the identity of the caller based on the comparison.

A method for generating a list of telecommunication identifiers is provided. The method includes interpreting, via at least one processor, telecommunications data including available telecommunication identifiers, assigned telecommunication identifiers, in-use telecommunication identifiers, and disconnected telecommunication identifiers. The method further includes generating the list based at least in part on the telecommunications data, wherein the list includes telecommunication identifiers that are a subset of the available telecommunication identifiers. The method further includes transmitting the list.

Disclosed is a secure telephone call management system for authenticating users of a telephone system in an institutional facility. Authentication of the users is accomplished by using a personal identification number, preferably in conjunction with speaker independent voice recognition and speaker dependent voice identification. When a user first enters the system, the user speaks his or her name which is used as a sample voice print. During each subsequent use of the system, the user is required to speak his or her name. Voice identification software is used to verify that the provided speech matches the sample voice print. The secure system includes accounting software to limit access based on funds in a user's account or other related limitations. Management software implements widespread or local changes to the system and can modify or set any number of user account parameters.
Electronic apparatus and control method thereof
A method of controlling an electronic apparatus is provided. The method includes obtaining a name referring to a user of another electronic apparatus in a chat with the user of the other electronic apparatus using an artificial intelligence (AI) model trained by an AI algorithm while conducting the chat with the user of the other electronic apparatus using the electronic apparatus; and storing the obtained name in association with contact information of the user of the other electronic apparatus. At least some of the control method of the disclosure may use an AI model trained according to at least one of machine learning, neural network, or deep learning algorithm.

Apparatuses, systems, and processes are discussed for using metadata to take action on an SMS message on a proprietary system. In some embodiments, a wearable electronic device has a wearable device application that can present an SMS notification from an SMS application of a mobile computing device. The wearable device application can provide SMS notification data to a partner application of the mobile computing device. The partner application can perform a reverse look-up in a contacts application of the mobile computing device and construct a first contacts list with potential SMS-message senders. The wearable device application can present one or more SMS-message actions to a user of the wearable electronic device for a user selection thereof. The partner application can communicate with a partner server, which, in turn, can communicate with an SMS provider to effect the user selection of the one or more SMS-message actions.
System and method for extracting information and retrieving contact information using the same
A method and system for managing and retrieving contact information included on a plurality of business cards from a plurality of contacts of a user. The method may, for a given business card corresponding to a given contact of the user, obtain from the business card a unique identifier and a registered phone number corresponding to the contact; determine the unique identifier is associated with the registered phone number to verify the contact has been registered with a contact management server, wherein the contact management server stores contact information of the contact in association with a contact identifier comprising the registered phone number; in response to said determining, generating a record locator comprising the registered phone number and retrieving, from the contact management server, the contact information based on locating the contact identifier; and storing the retrieved contact information.
