An agent control device configured to execute a plurality of agents and including a processor, the processor being configured to store an interruptibility list that stipulates interruptibility of execution for each function of one given agent being executed or for an execution status of the one given agent; request execution of each of the agents at a prescribed trigger, or request execution of another given agent at a specific trigger, reference the interruptibility list in order to set permissibility information relating to executability of the other given agent in conjunction with execution of the one given agent; and perform management such that, in a case in which there is a request at the specific trigger for execution of the other given agent while the one given agent is executing, the other given agent is executed based on the request.

Embodiments include systems and methods for wireless device signaling a network regarding customized ringing signal (CRS) capability and use of such information by the network. Various embodiments may receiving from the network an INVITE message notifying the wireless device of an incoming call, determining whether the INVITE message indicates that the network provides CRS service if the wireless device supports a CRS function, and including an indication in a response to the INVITE that the wireless device supports the CRS function in response to determining that the INVITE message includes an alert information header field indicating that the network provides CRS service. Various embodiments include a network computing device receiving such information and performing negotiations for CRS service with the wireless device only if the wireless device indicates CRS functional capability.

An approach is described for facilitating an outbound call from a calling party and a called party by displaying specific information on the communication device of the called party. The displayed specific information is based on a communication characteristic of the called party, where the communication characteristic includes a language characteristic of the called party. Based on language characteristic of the called party, customized display content is provided to the communications device of the called party, on or prior to the called party being alerted to the requested communication. The customized display content improves the answer rate and the conversion rate of the outbound call.

Real time, remote access to and adjustment of the hearing aid of a patient while the patient is located in a normal life environment that is remote from a hearing professional. A session request initiates a programming session. Adjustable settings from the patient's hearing aid are wirelessly streamed to the patient's mobile device and from the mobile device to a streaming cloud server. The settings are stored on the cloud, streamed from the cloud to a hearing professional's computer or mobile device and displayed. The hearing professional then changes at least one of the adjustable hearing aid settings and the changed settings are streamed to the cloud, stored on the cloud, streamed from the cloud to the patient's mobile device, wirelessly transmitted to the hearing aid and stored there. A telephonic voice connection between the hearing professional and the patient's mobile device is used to transmit the patient's evaluation of changed settings to the hearing professional.
