The disclosed techniques provide a message communication device comprising: a memory that stores program instructions; and a processor that is configured to execute the program instructions stored in the memory to: accept at least an address and one or more messages to be transmitted to the address from a client, and the messages each possibly including a text; select one communications provider device; select one communication protocol; output a message that complies with the selected communication protocol and is to be transmitted to the address, from the one or more messages; and request the selected communications provider device to transmit the message such that the message that has been outputted is transmitted to the address by the selected communications provider device using the selected communication protocol, and repeat the request until the transmission is successful or there are no more combinations of the communications provider device and the communication protocol.

A computerized method including: a) receiving, by a communication management platform, communication interruption information; b) receiving, by the platform, an identifier of terminals initially in communication; c) sending a communication request to the second terminal; d) in case of failure, repeating the sending; e) upon establishing communication between the platform and the second communication terminal (2), sending a request to communicate with the first communication terminal; f) upon establishing communication between the communication management platform and the first communication terminal, placing the two terminals in communication with each other.

In one aspect of this disclosure, a method and an electronic apparatus executing a method, the method including detecting a disconnection of a call with an external electronic apparatus, when the disconnection is detected, generating and storing a call disconnection message including a notifier indicating a cause for the disconnection, and transmitting the stored call disconnection message to the external electronic apparatus according to a communication receptivity condition. In another aspect of this disclosure, a method and an electronic apparatus comprising a communication module executing a call with an external electronic apparatus, and a processor executing the method, including detecting disconnection of the call with the external electronic apparatus, when the disconnection is detected, generating and store a call disconnection message including a notifier indicating a cause for the disconnection, and transmitting the stored call disconnection message to the external electronic apparatus according to a communication receptivity condition.

A device is configured to detect congestion and throttle phone calls in a telephone communication system. The device is configure to receive, from a telephone dialing system, an indication indicating a call failure to a phone number; determine that the phone number matches a flooding group number based on initial digits of the phone number, the flooding group number associated with a flooding group, the flooding group including a plurality of phone numbers with initial digits having identical values to the flooding group number; determine a time of the call failure and a number of concurrent active calls for the flooding group at the time of the call failure; and in response to the number of concurrent active calls at the time of the call failure exceeding a predefined threshold, update a capacity limit for the flooding group based on the number of concurrent active calls.

A contact center dialing a telephone number to a destination party, such as a debtor, may discover that the number is subject to a prohibition of being autodialed. In other embodiments, a number that was subject to the prohibition of being autodialed is now discovered to no longer be subject to such prohibition. Various mechanisms may be defined to indicate how such a prohibition associated with the number may be indicated in a dialing list and how various contact center architectures may be used to process the dialing list. In one embodiment, separate sub-systems are used to dial separate dialing lists based on whether the number is to be manually dialed or dialed using an autodialer. In another embodiment, another architecture is used to process an integrated dialing list to determine whether a number is to be manually dialed or autodialed.

The message back system includes a mobile device operating in conjunction with a server to activate the system and initiate one or more texts to be sent to the source phone number. The server can be programmed to try to send many texts to the source phone number to try to swamp the phone number with texts. The system may provide satisfaction to the user as a tool to respond to these on-going nuisances.

Disclosed is a telephone call-back device that can provide a means for the recipient of a robocall incoming phone call to take action. The telephone call-back device includes an activation device, a call source utility, and a call-back utility. The activation device is a button or switch that a user can activate when they receive a robocall. Once the activation device is activated, the call source utility identifies a source phone number of the robocall incoming phone call. The call-back utility initiates one or more robo call-back outgoing phone calls to be sent to the source phone number. The call-back utility can be programmed to try to send many robo call-back outgoing phone calls to the source phone number to try to swamp the phone number with robo call-back outgoing phone calls.
