A mobile communication method according to the present invention includes the steps of: sending “INVITE” from a UE#1 to a P-CSCF/VATF in a visited network of the UE#1; sending “INVITE” from the P-CSCF/VATF to an IMS; and allocating, by the P-CSCF/VATF, an MGW#1 to the path for voice communications.

A gateway device includes a call handling equipment (CHE) listener interface, an Internet Protocol (IP) interface, a provisioning engine, and a message parsing engine. The CPE listener interface forms a communication channel with a CHE and receives call event data from the CHE. The IP interface communicates with a cloud-based processing system. The provisioning engine receives, from the cloud-based processing system via the IP interface, instructions for parsing data from a data output format of the CHE into a consistent data format of the cloud-based processing system. The message parsing engine parses the call event data received from the CHE via the CHE listener interface, and formats the call event data according to the consistent data format. The gateway device transmits the formatted call event data to the cloud-based processing system via the IP interface.

A method for controlling communication of a terminal device is provided. The method includes: receiving supplementary item setting information, detecting statuses of an internet protocol multimedia subsystem (IMS) and a UT interface in response to the supplementary item setting information, performing setting of a supplementary item via a packet switch (PS) domain when the IMS in a registered status or the UT interface in an accessible status, and performing the setting of the supplementary item via a circuit switch (CS) domain when the setting of the supplementary item cannot be performed via the PS domain.

When a mobile terminal needs to be switched from a first communication network to a second communication network, detecting whether the mobile terminal is in a ringing state. When the mobile terminal is in the ringing state, detecting whether the mobile terminal is switched from the ringing state into a connecting state within a predetermined time period. When the mobile terminal is switched from the ringing state into the connecting state within the predetermined time period, performing an IMS registration through the second communication network to connect the mobile terminal to the second communication network.

In one embodiment, the collect call method, system and a counsel service providing method use a free VoIP network for part of the voice call link and a charge PSTN network for the rest of the voice call link. In one embodiment, if the first link corresponding to the collect call request is established, the collect call switch calls the called party terminal to establish the second link, and billing on the second link is initiated.

Responsive to determining the call system recognizes the voice of the first user, the first user can be identified based on the voice of the first user. Responsive to determining that the user information associated with the user identifier contains information not related to the identified first user, the information not related to the identified first user can be removed from the e-meeting data structure. An e-meeting for the call can be generated, the e-meeting including as participants the first user and at least a second user.
