A first hinge mechanism which is rotatable about a first axis may allow the rotatable mount to move between a first operational position in which the rotatable mount is disposed in contiguous contact with a top cover of the apparatus and a second operational position in which the control panel display is disposed within a recessed portion of the top cover. A second hinge mechanism may be rotatable about a second axis orthogonal to the first axis to change a display angle of the control panel display.
