The login control unit is configured to acquire the owner information from the management unit, and display the login screen based on the acquired owner information.

The compartments are positioned to supply and receive the sheets of media to and from the document handler when the enclosure is connected to the document handler. A cover is positioned at the first end of the enclosure. The cover is adapted to open and close and allows access to the compartments. A lock is connected to the cover. The lock maintains the cover in a closed position when locked.

A method, a non-transitory computer readable medium, and a system are disclosed for detection and avoidance of printing of previously printed print jobs. The method includes storing one or more digital copies of print jobs in a central storage system; storing one or more physical copies of the one or more digital copies of the print jobs in a document stacker; receiving a print job on a printer; sending a request from the printer to the central storage system to determine if a physical copy of the print job is in the document stacker; and when the print job is in the document stacker sending a code from the central storage system for retrieval of a physical copy of the print job from the document stacker.

Examples of providing printed confidential documents are described herein. In an example, a printing system includes at least two protected trays to store printed confidential documents. The at least two protected trays may be coupled to each other to enable transfer of the printed confidential documents between the at least two protected trays. Further, an output tray may be coupled to at least one of the at least two protected trays to provide the printed confidential documents for collection. Furthermore, on receiving an authentication input, the printed confidential documents may be transferred from one of the at least two protected trays to the output tray.
