The first disconnector disconnects the continuous connection in response to selection of a disconnection button included in the first setting screen displayed on the external device.

An image processing service system includes an operation request accepting unit, a setting accepting unit, a payment control unit, and an operation execution control unit. The operation request accepting unit accepts an operation request for an image processing apparatus through a chat between a user and a chatbot participating in a chat service on a chat board provided by the service. The setting accepting unit accepts a setting for an operation of the image processing apparatus requested by the operation request. The payment control unit makes a payment for the operation of the image processing apparatus requested by the operation request through an electronic payment system available on the chat service. In a printing system capable of supplying a sheet of a job having undergone print processing by the printing unit of a printing apparatus to a post-processing unit capable of executing at least a specific type of post-processing among a plurality of types of post-processes, when the target job requires the specific type of post-processing, the printing apparatus is inhibited from executing print processing of the job without explicitly determining a sheet necessary for the print processing of the job by a user using a user interface unit. When the target job does not require the specific type of post-processing, the printing apparatus is permitted to execute print processing of the job without explicitly determining a sheet necessary for the print processing of the job by the user using the user interface unit.

A non-transitory storage medium stores a plurality of instructions readable by a computer of an information processing apparatus. The information processing apparatus comprises a communication interface for connecting to a scanner. The information processing apparatus includes a first route and a second route. A printing apparatus includes a communication interface, a user interface, a memory, and a controller. The controller is configured to, in response to receiving a print instruction, perform printing of internal data stored in the memory, in response to a cancel instruction being input via the user interface, determine whether to cancel the printing of the internal data stored in the memory, based on whether the print instruction has been received via the communication interface or the user interface, and when the print instruction has been received via the communication interface, continue without canceling the printing, whereas when the print instruction has been received via the user interface, accept the cancel instruction and cancel the printing.

An image processing apparatus includes a reading unit configured to read an original, a transmission unit configured to transmit image data to an external apparatus, a printing unit configured to print an image, a display unit configured to display the image, and a control unit configured to suspend a job executed by the printing unit in response to a selection of a key for suspending a currently executed job, display a list of jobs on the display unit, and cancel a job selected by a user from the displayed list of the jobs. The control unit displays a list of transmission jobs for the transmission unit to transmit the image data generated when the reading unit reads the original in response to the selection of the key during display of a main menu screen for accepting a selection of a function to be used.

According to one embodiment, there is provided an image forming device that prevents write information from being incorrectly written to a non-target RFID tag. The image forming device according to the embodiment includes: a placement unit, a wireless tag communication unit, and a conductor. A sheet provided with a wireless tag can be placed in the placement unit. The wireless tag communication unit can write information to the wireless tag provided on the sheet. The conductor is provided in the placement unit and hinders communication between the wireless tag communication unit and the wireless tag.
