Reading module having reflection mirror array, image reading device comprising same, and image forming apparatus therewith
A reading module has a light source, an optical system having a mirror array and an aperture stop portion, a sensor in which a plurality of image regions where the image light is converted into an electrical signal are arranged; a housing; and a light-shielding wall shielding stray light striking the image regions. In the mirror array, a plurality of reflective mirrors whose reflection surfaces are aspherical concave surfaces are coupled together in an array in the main scanning direction. The optical system is fixed to on the case housing at one point in the main scanning direction, and the light shielding walls are arranged at a positions displaced deviated by a predetermined amount from boundaries between the image regions in the direction opposite to the fixed side of the optical system.
READING MODULE, IMAGE READING DEVICE COMPRISING SAME, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

Image reading apparatus
A transmission light source unit includes a first light source portion including: a first light source; and a first light guide that shapes light emitted by the first light source into a line and emits the light toward a conveyance path of a paper sheet. An image sensor unit includes: a second light source portion that emits light toward the conveyance path of the paper sheet; and an image sensor that detects the light emitted by the first light source portion and transmitted through the paper sheet and the light emitted by the second light source portion and reflected by the paper sheet. A first light diffusing surface of the first light guide is provided with at least one of concave portions and convex portions including inclined surfaces and inclined relative to a normal line of the first light emission surface.
Illumination apparatus, image sensor unit and image reading apparatus
An illumination apparatus includes: a light source; a rod-like light guide having an incident surface that enters light from the light source that is disposed on one side in a main-scan direction, a diffusing surface that diffuses light that enters from the incident surface, and an emission surface that linearly emits light towards a bill; and a reflection member having a reflection surface that reflects light diffused by the diffusing surface to the light guide. The light guide has a locking projection that is locked in the reflection member on one side in the main-scan direction. The reflection member has a locking hole in which the locking projection is locked. A cut-out portion at which one part is cut out is formed in the locking hole.
IMAGE READING APPARATUS
A transmission light source unit includes a first light source portion including: a first light source; and a first light guide that shapes light emitted by the first light source into a line and emits the light toward a conveyance path of a paper sheet. An image sensor unit includes: a second light source portion that emits light toward the conveyance path of the paper sheet; and an image sensor that detects the light emitted by the first light source portion and transmitted through the paper sheet and the light emitted by the second light source portion and reflected by the paper sheet. A first light diffusing surface of the first light guide is provided with at least one of concave portions and convex portions including inclined surfaces and inclined relative to a normal line of the first light emission surface.
ILLUMINATION APPARATUS, IMAGE SENSOR UNIT AND IMAGE READING APPARATUS
An illumination apparatus includes: a light source; a rod-like light guide having an incident surface that enters light from the light source that is disposed on one side in a main-scan direction, a diffusing surface that diffuses light that enters from the incident surface, and an emission surface that linearly emits light towards a bill; and a reflection member having a reflection surface that reflects light diffused by the diffusing surface to the light guide. The light guide has a locking projection that is locked in the reflection member on one side in the main-scan direction. The reflection member has a locking hole in which the locking projection is locked. A cut-out portion at which one part is cut out is formed in the locking hole.
Optical line sensor
An optical line sensor reads an inspection object conveyed in a sub-scanning direction by a reading line L extending in a main scanning direction and includes a plurality of light-receiving lenses 11 and a plurality of light-receiving elements. The plurality of light-receiving lenses 11 are arranged along the main scanning direction. The plurality of light-receiving elements are arranged linearly along the main scanning direction, and receive light transmitted through the plurality of light-receiving lenses 11. The plurality of light-receiving lenses 11 are arranged to be separated from each other by a diameter of the light-receiving lens 11 or longer. A plurality of light-receiving elements 121 form at least one row or more of the reading lines L.
