SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DIGITAL WATERMARKING
The disclosed systems, structures, and methods are directed to a digital watermarking system comprising: a data separator configured to receive a digital data file and segregate the digital data file into a message component and a data component, in which the message component includes a message, and the data component includes a data file; a message pipeline configured to process the message; a data pipeline configured to process the data file; a watermark pipeline configured to embed the processed message file onto the processed data file; and an inverse process pipeline configured to inverse the process applied by the data pipeline while processing the data file and generate a watermarked data file.
Content sensitive connected content
The disclosure describes a method of connecting multimedia content to a network resource. This method operates in a computer network environment. Operating in a network connected device, the method extracts an identifier from a media signal, such as from a digital watermark, perceptual hash, or other machine extracted signal identifier. It then sends the identifier to a network along with context information indicating device type information. From the network, the method receives related data associated with the media signal via the identifier. The related data is adapted to the network connected device based on the device type information. This device type information may include a display type, so that the related date may be formatted for rendering on the display type of the device. This device type information may also include a connection speed so that the related data may be optimized for the connection speed of the device.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF ENABLING ACCESS TO LOCATION OF AN IMAGE
The invention is a system and use method for associating an image being captured with its GPS location coordinates, then using the associated coordinates to pinpoint the image's location with a navigation application.
Trusted Indicators To Secure Visual Outputs
Providing secure graphics outputs by performing at least the following: receive secure output data corresponding to a digital image, obtain one or more security keys, create a secure output marker for the secure output data, wherein the secure output marker comprises location information corresponding to a trusted output area of the digital image and data information that represents data content found within the trusted output area of the digital image, encrypt the secure output marker using the one or more security keys, embed the secure output marker within the graphics image to create a trusted graphics image; and render the trusted graphics image for exposure onto the display device.
Trusted evidence cameras and related methods and computer program products
Digital Cameras configured to verify authenticity of digital photos taken with the digital camera and related methods and computer program products are provided. GPS information associated with a photograph taken with the digital camera is obtained. A checksum of pixels that make up the photograph and the obtained GPS information is generated. The generated checksum is encrypted using a private key associated with the digital camera so as to allow verification that the photograph has not been modified.
METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND STORAGE MEDIA FOR ISSUING AND VERIFYING A SECONDARY CRYPTOGRAPHIC PHOTO ID
Methods, systems, and storage media for issuing and verifying a secondary cryptographic photo ID are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: capture, using a scanning component of a printing device, a primary digital image of a primary photo ID; recognize, using a processing component of the printing device, alphanumeric information in the captured primary digital image; encrypt, using the processing component of the printing device, the recognized alphanumeric information; generate, using the processing component of the printing device, a digital watermark comprising the encrypted recognized alphanumeric information; recognize, using the processing component of the printing device, a photograph in the primary digital image; generate, using the processing component of the printing device, a secondary digital image comprising the recognized photograph and the generated digital watermark; and print, using a printing component of the printing device, a secondary photo ID comprising the secondary digital image.
CONTROL APPARATUS, ACTIVATION METHOD THEREOF, AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
A control apparatus includes a processor, a storage controller, and a boot loader memory. The processor executes a control process using data stored in a main memory. The storage controller includes a storage device, stores stored data in an encrypted state if an encryption function is enabled, and stores the stored data in the storage device in a non-encrypted state if the encryption function is disabled. The stored data includes a memory image related to a state of the main memory after completion of an activation process of an operating system. The boot loader memory is configured to store instructions that cause the processor to (a) activate the operating system using the memory image in response to a determination that the encryption function is disabled and (b) activate the operating system without using the memory image in response to a determination that the encryption function is enabled.
Method and device for steganographic processing and compression of image data
A method for steganographic processing and compression of image data with negligible information loss, wherein said image data comprises noise and information. The method includes the steps of: acquiring image data to be processed and/or compressed, storing and/or transmitting the image data, and preparing the acquired image data for compression. The preparation step includes determining an input noise model and corresponding parameters adapted to reflect noise created by an image sensor used to capture said image data, and removing, with negligible information loss, noise from the acquired image data by use of the input noise model such as to produce noise-reduced image data.
Using middleware for generating vector graphics imaged security documents
A method is provided of digitally imaging a secure portion and a non-secure portion of scratch-off-coating protected documents of at least one game using middleware. The method includes: (a) generating the secure variable indicia in non-vector raster format; (b) generating vector graphics to be imaged on physical document locations; (c) assigning the secure variable indicia in a non-vector raster format to documents in and shuffling the documents throughout a print run; and (d) linking via middleware the secure variable indicia in the non-vector raster format to associated vector graphics variable indicia to be digitally imaged on the documents and to generate vector graphics-formatted data for each document in the print run. The secure variable indicia assignment and shuffling are executed by non-vector raster game generation software output that is reinterpreted by the middleware to produce related vector graphic output for the secure variable indicia.
