The connection establisher establishes continuous connection with a communication device. The first transmission request receiver receives a first transmission request t for displaying a setting screen corresponding to a first type of service. In response to the first transmission request being received from the external device, the first determiner determine whether a second type of service is currently provided. The first screen data transmitter transmits first screen data for displaying a first setting screen to the external device in response to the first determiner determining that the second type of service is not currently provided. The first disconnector disconnects the continuous connection in response to selection of a disconnection button included in the first setting screen displayed on the external device.

A first communication apparatus may repeat a broadcast transmission of a trigger signal via a second interface, which is a signal to be used by a second communication apparatus as a trigger for sending a wireless connection request to the first communication apparatus. The wireless connection request may be for forming a first wireless network to which both the first communication apparatus and the second communication apparatus belong. The first wireless network may be a network for performing a wireless communication via a first interface. The first communication apparatus may receive the wireless connection request via the first interface from the second communication apparatus which has received the trigger signal, and establish a first wireless connection via the first interface with the second communication apparatus so as to form the first wireless network.

An information processing apparatus operating as a virtual network computing (VNC) server includes a memory and at least one processor in communication with the memory, wherein the at least one processor of the information processing apparatus is configured to perform, in a case where a request for a VNC connection is received from a second VNC client in a state in which the information processing apparatus is connected with a first VNC client using VNC, first connection control to maintain the connection with the first VNC client and not to establish a VNC connection with the second VNC client, or second connection control to cut off the connection with the first VNC client and to establish the VNC connection with the second VNC client.

A method for controlling image-forming devices includes acquiring currently-available wireless networks, including detecting the currently-available wireless networks and acquiring broadcast information transmitted by each wireless access point by a wireless communication module in an electronic terminal; searching image-forming devices through the currently-available wireless networks and establishing a list of the image-forming devices; according to the list of the image-forming devices, selecting a target image-forming device; and connecting to a wireless network corresponding to the target image-forming device and establishing a communication with the target image-forming device, thereby controlling the target image-forming device to execute an image-forming task.

On a display unit, a user interface screen including a first acceptance unit configured to, in a case when the information processing apparatus is operating as an access point, accept an end instruction for ending operation as the access point and a second acceptance unit configured to accept a disconnection instruction for disconnecting the connection by the wireless communication with the terminal is displayed.

An image processing device includes: a hardware processor configured to: execute a process according to a received remote operation in response to reception of the remote operation from a master device registered in advance among a plurality of mobile information devices; confirm to a duplicate login device other than an own device among the plurality of image processing devices that the duplicate login device is remotely operated by the master device in a case where a remote operation of instructing connection with a sub device different from the master device is received from the master device; and execute a process according to a remote operation received from the sub device in a case where it is confirmed by a confirmation unit that the duplicate login device is remotely operated by the master device.

An image processing system includes: a first processor that is mounted on an image processing apparatus including at least one of an image forming unit that performs processing of forming an image on a medium or an image scanning unit that performs processing of scanning an image on a medium; and a second processor that is mounted on a control apparatus that is connected to the image processing apparatus via a virtual leased line, and controls a part of at least one of the processing of forming an image on a medium or the processing of scanning an image on a medium performed by the image processing apparatus, in which the first processor is configured to: control a timing of connection using the virtual leased line with the control apparatus according to a function used by a user among functions of the image processing apparatus.

A communication apparatus is provided. The communication apparatus receives first information relating to IEEE 802.1X authentication from an information processing apparatus via a first wireless connection between the communication apparatus and another apparatus, terminates the first wireless connection, executes the IEEE 802.1X authentication based on the first information received in a state in which the first wireless connection is not established, and executes processing to re-establish the first wireless connection on the basis of the IEEE 802.1X authentication failing.
