The method includes: receiving a selection instruction of having selected one or more video streams or key frames of the one or more video streams to be browsed; setting video stream thumbnails generated from the one or more video streams or key frame thumbnails generated from the key frames to a scene thumbnail to generate a picture layout stream according to the selection instruction, where the scene thumbnail is generated according to a scene displayed in an augmented reality/virtual reality (AR/VR) interface; and presenting the picture layout stream in the VR/AR interface, and providing a virtual layout interface of multiple video stream pictures.

This disclosure relates to video coding and more particularly to techniques for signaling picture output resolution for coded video. According to an aspect of an invention, a first flag syntax element indicating whether conformance cropping window offset parameters are present in a sequence parameter set is parsed, wherein the conformance cropping window offset parameters specify a cropping window that is applied to pictures with a width equal to a maximum width and a height equal to a maximum height.

This disclosure relates to the embedding of visual objects into the image content of a video by a visual embed specialist, whilst maintaining the security of the video. A low-resolution version of the video content is sent by the video owner to the specialist for analysis to identify parts of the video that are suitable for visual object insertion. A high resolution version of those identified parts of the video is then sent to the specialist for visual object insertion. The specialist may then return the modified parts of the video and the content owner create a final version of the high-resolution video by replacing the relevant parts of the high-resolution video with the modified parts.

The signal processing device and the image display apparatus including the same according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a first decoder to reconstruct image data received from an external electronic device, an encoder to compress the image data reconstructed in the first decoder, a memory to store the image data compressed in the encoder, and a second decoder to reconstruct the image data stored in the memory. Accordingly, despite of the increases of the amount of the input image data and the bandwidth thereof, the image data may be stored in the memory efficiently.

The video processing device includes: a receiver, a normalization processor, a selector and an image processor. The receiver is configured to receive an original video image. The normalization processor includes a plurality of normalization sub-circuits each configured to perform format adjustment on the original video image to generate a video image in a target format. Different normalization sub-circuits perform the format adjustment in different manners. The selector is configured to output the video image generated by at least one of the normalization sub-circuits to the image processor according to a received selection instruction; and the image processor is configured to generate an image to be displayed from the received video image.
