The image forming apparatus performs sending and/or receiving the image data with the address by the first communication system method when the first communication system method is selected, and performs sending and/or receiving the image data with the address by the second communication system method when the second communication system method is selected.

A first communication apparatus may repeat a broadcast transmission of a trigger signal via a second interface, which is a signal to be used by a second communication apparatus as a trigger for sending a wireless connection request to the first communication apparatus. An information processing apparatus includes plural communication units, a determination unit, and a controller. The plural communication units are configured to be capable of conducting a wireless communication. The determination unit is configured to determine a communication unit from among the plural communication units in accordance with whether a mobile communication terminal that is attempting to conduct a communication is approaching the information processing apparatus. The controller is configured to perform a control so as to start the communication using the communication unit determined by the determination unit.
