The controller is configured to set a setting of outputting of a transmission report indicating a transmission result of the transmission job as a device setting of the apparatus, set the setting of outputting of the transmission report as a setting of the transmission job, and set whether or not to accept the setting of outputting of the transmission report of the transmission job as the device setting of the apparatus.

A method of automatically displaying a predetermined set of print attributes of a print job, the method including receiving an image of a first printed sheet, the first printed sheet including one or more at least partial machine-readable codes, the one or more at least partial machine-readable codes encoded with data related to the predetermined set of print attributes, decoding the data from the one or more at least partial machine-readable codes, determining if the data includes all of the print attributes in the predetermined set of print attributes, and if the data includes all of the print attributes in the predetermined set of print attributes, displaying the data using augmented reality (AR) over the first printed sheet.

A system in an embodiment includes an image forming apparatus, an erasing apparatus, a first apparatus, and a display unit. The image forming apparatus forms an image on a sheet using a decolorable color material. The erasing apparatus decolorizes an image. The first apparatus computes, from a reduction in the number of sheets achieved by a setting for image formation in the image forming apparatus, the amount of a reduction in environmental burdens achieved by use of the image forming apparatus and computes, from the number of sheets erased by the erasing apparatus, the amount of a reduction in environmental burdens achieved by use of the erasing apparatus. Responsive to identifying the entity account, the processing resource can execute instructions to determine a profile from a plurality of profiles based on the entity account, wherein the plurality of profiles include details for printing different versions of the correspondence. Subsequent to determining the profile, the processing resource can execute instructions to print a version of the correspondence based on the profile.

An image processing apparatus that performs print processing based on a job includes a reception unit configured to receive an operation performed by a user, a change unit configured to, in response to the reception unit receiving a predetermined operation, change a job on which the print processing is not yet completed to a suspended state, and a job control unit configured to, when detecting a logout event that causes a user who is logged into the image processing apparatus to log out of the image processing apparatus, resume at least one job and cancel a job or jobs that are not resumed by the job control unit selected from jobs changed by the change unit to be in the suspended state.
