A method of automatically displaying a predetermined set of print attributes of a print job, the method including receiving an image of a first printed sheet, the first printed sheet including one or more at least partial machine-readable codes, the one or more at least partial machine-readable codes encoded with data related to the predetermined set of print attributes, decoding the data from the one or more at least partial machine-readable codes, determining if the data includes all of the print attributes in the predetermined set of print attributes, and if the data includes all of the print attributes in the predetermined set of print attributes, displaying the data using augmented reality (AR) over the first printed sheet.

A printing system that is communicable with an image management server through a network includes an information processing apparatus and an image forming apparatus. The information processing apparatus controls a display to display a print setting screen for receiving a print setting that designates printing of a specific color image superimposed on an image to be printed, transmits the specific color image corresponding to the print setting to the image management server, acquires storage location information from the image management server, and transmits print data to the image forming apparatus. The image forming apparatus includes a printer. The image forming apparatus receives the print data, acquires the specific color image from the image management server, generates image data for overprinting the specific color image on the image to be printed, and controls the printer to perform printing based on the image data.

An information processing apparatus includes a processor configured to receive designation of a person capable of stamping on plural stamping areas in a document having the plural stamping areas, and present a stamping area that is capable of being stamped by a printer who performs printing to the printer as a different state from states of other stamping areas in a case where the document is printed and a condition is satisfied, in which the printer is a person capable of stamping on at least one of the plural stamping areas and a corresponding stamping area is before a stamping work by another person capable of stamping, and not present the stamping area in a case where the condition is not satisfied.

An image forming apparatus includes an image bearer, an image former, a transferor, and circuitry. The image bearer bears an image and an identification pattern. A method for identifying print control elements for quality data acquisition includes encoding position information in a human-readable identification code, encoding specific print job information and the human-readable identification code in a machine-readable data code, positioning the codes alongside their associated print control element on a printing substrate, photographing the printed print control element and adjacent machine-readable data code using information from adjacent identification code, and processing data with a mobile communication device having a camera function and communications interface. Image data produced are exporting to a support computer via the communications interface. Machine-readable data code are decoded, image data on the computer are analyzed using information obtained from decoded machine-readable data code, the results of analysis are transmitted from the computer to the mobile communication device, and erroneous settings, found by image analysis, in a printing press producing printed products, are corrected.

Surrounding sounds are recorded while the meeting is being held.
