Projector control apparatus, projector system, and projector control method
A projector control apparatus that causes plural projectors to collectively project an image by individually projecting a different one of segment images into which the image is divided, the apparatus including: a spatial distribution information obtaining unit which obtains information indicating a distribution of one or more viewers that view the image in a space where the projectors are mounted; a mode selecting unit which selects, using the information indicating the distribution of the one or more viewers, one of modes including (i) a first mode in which a width of a projection area is a first width and (ii) a second mode in which the width of the projection area is a second width larger than the first width; and a projector control unit which changes arrangement of the segment images by controlling each of projection directions according to the mode selected.
Controlled large signal capacitor and inductor
An electrical resonance network comprising a first capacitor and a first inductor whose resonance frequency can be tuned by means of a second capacitor and/or a second inductor. The resulting effective capacitor- or inductor value of a network period is controlled by a variable coupling respectively decoupling interval by means of at least one coupling switch. The coupling respectively decoupling interval is synchronized by a sign change of a current and/or voltage in the network.

Pattern extracting device, image projecting device, pattern extracting method, and program
A pattern extracting device, an image projecting device, a pattern extracting method, and a program capable of extracting all the feature points by interpolating defective feature points even when there are defective feature points of an image pattern. The pattern extracting device extracts feature points to be interpolated based on a captured image of a projected image pattern, and interpolates the feature point to be interpolated by using near-by feature points that are located near the feature point, divides the near-by feature points into groups, calculates extrapolation coordinates of the groups, and calculates coordinates of the feature point to be interpolated in view of significance of the extrapolation.
Border detection in videos
Systems and methods for border detection on videos are disclosed herein. The system can include a refinement component that updates a variable as a function of a change in line number, wherein the change in line number is ascertained in response to a change in luminance values and/or chroma values associated with a border and a video area included in a frame associated with an original video. Further, the system also includes a trimming component that, as a function of the variable, crops the border from the frame that includes the video area of the resized original video.

Temporal alignment system and method
A temporal alignment system and method for example for detecting temporal misalignment in video frames when the frames are divided for transport using a signal divider for dividing a single signal S into portions S.sub.1 . . . S.sub.N and using average picture level in determining whether data sets within a particular frame are misaligned.

Image sensor
An image sensor includes a substrate, a first thin lens configured to concentrate light of a first wavelength, and including a plurality of first scatterers disposed on the substrate. The plurality of first scatterers includes a material having a refractive index greater than a refractive index of the substrate. The image sensor further includes a plurality of light-sensing cells configured to sense the light concentrated by the first thin lens.
